"We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience — some genuinely lovely touches, but also several issues that mean we wouldn’t return, especially considering the 5‑star price point.

Pros
• Smooth check‑in and luggage taken to the room.
• Water and coffee provided, though not consistently topped up.
• Spacious wardrobes with plenty of hangers.
• Fruit and treats on arrival, which was a nice welcome.
• Air‑conditioning worked well throughout the stay.
• Two TVs with streaming apps, great for families.
• Two breakfast options — we preferred Kum Kuat as it was quieter, close to our room, and easier to keep an eye on the kids.
• Beautiful surroundings and views.
• Pool canteen food delivered to sunbeds via the app — very convenient.
• Lots of activities for both adults and children, plus babysitting available.
• Lovely bar and restaurant by the small beach area.
• Celeste French restaurant was excellent.
• Kids’ disco was perfect for younger ones — short, early, and plenty of seating for parents.
• Responsive management: Alexious asked for feedback, and Theodora followed up the next day, arranging an extra à la carte meal and daily minibar refills (though these didn’t actually happen).
• Local shop at the bottom of the road is cheaper than the on‑site shop and the owner is lovely.
• Beach Bar & Grill à la carte had great service and food — blankets provided on breezy evenings were a thoughtful touch.
• General manager visited us personally after our feedback and sent wine and fruit to the room later that evening.

Cons
• Minibar only filled once, despite being told it would be refilled daily.
• Fridge not cold, so fruit and drinks couldn’t be stored properly.
• Not enough charging ports in the room.
• Limited toiletries, not what you’d expect from a 5‑star resort.
• Cleanliness issues: ants in the room and patio, and the outdoor pool attached to the room wasn’t clean.
• Hotel feels a bit run‑down and not as clean as expected.
• Nearby breakfast restaurant closed mid‑week, reducing convenience.
• Sunbed rush every morning, which isn’t relaxing.
• Main buffet restaurant had limited choice and slow replenishment.
• Very limited ice cream options for kids on all‑inclusive.
• No waiter service for drinks — everything must be ordered via the app.
• Kids’ waterpark is up a steep slope and the water is very cold.
• No inflatables allowed except small rings; lifeguards very strict. Pools don’t open until 10am.
• Pool bar doesn’t serve drinks directly — must use the app, which is slow when WiFi drops.
• Sunbeds are flimsy and tip easily.
• Staff generally not very friendly — hospitality doesn’t compare to Turkey.
• Unavailable drinks still appear on the app, so you only find out when something arrives missing.
• Lots of steps and hills, not ideal for prams or accessibility needs. Lifts were often out of service.

Other notes
• Corfu Airport was chaotic on arrival — immigration systems were down, so manual passport checks caused long delays.

Summary
We’ve paid similar prices for 5‑star resorts in Turkey over the past two years, and unfortunately this hotel doesn’t come close in terms of service, cleanliness, or overall experience. While there were some lovely touches and a few standout staff members, the inconsistencies and maintenance issues were hard to overlook.
Overall, we wouldn’t return or recommend it at the current price point. Realistically, it feels more like a 3–4 star resort rather than a true 5‑star."
