Just had to add more thx to all the teams in all the restaurants especially the Alfredo esp the chefs and Chief chef Bakry for all requested was always recd hummus , plain biscuits etc the pool lads were also great and all staff esp our room lad, all were quiet, always polite professional , eager to assist and there is no pressure to tip at all so it’s nice to do so.
All coffees whether from auto machine or barista machines are fabulous, food plentiful and varied it’s so hard to please everyone some say it’s repeated but come on do u do different foods every day 365 days of the year no so be grateful you get so much choice here lol, this hotel does very well in the food and restaurants. This hotel runs like a well oiled machine the cleaning never stops 24/7.
Mid review I did write on the paper review, that this hotel is big enough to cope with a non-smoking pool area and the lounge bar should have doors on to stop smoke feeding into the main reception also if possible move cake and pastry areas out of the smoking area would be better from a personal perspective. These are suggestions as realise a lot of people do smoke but it’s my pet hate as can’t stand smell and the smoke.
Won’t stop me returning planning now to visit more of the Pickalbatros chain. Really impressed and happy gave Egypt another chance. Thx U all.
Egypt is trying hard and will catch up with Turkey and Dubai keep going enjoy the success and keep adding and improving.
Currently at hotel room 1122 - this hotel meets all expectations absolutely lovely, close to airport but no noise airport noise at all. Atmosphere mixed and nice lively if u want further down nearer to beach- quiet in main pools absolutely a marvel. Rooms as advertised clean, modern well looked after, mini bar well stocked with beer juice and water coke & lemonade. Entertainment good and noise all finished by 10:30 - 11pm so nice as. Food varied and plentiful , asked for poached eggs and salmon and it was provided just so nice thank u - so helpful , so friendly, professional nothing is an issue. Pool bar nice non- smoking area all over so that’s great as well. Hotel bar serving international spirits just nice, latte and cappuccino hot and iced a dream for me as don’t drink , Hubbie enjoying the vodka - coke hotel bar staff amazing it’s so nice here always do a review whilst staying as gives hotel the opportunities to correct any issues but at the moment nothing to complain about at all. Trying all 4 restaurants to see which one we prefer but all and all it’s a relaxed hotel with a meaning of providing good quality, clean, and above all professional well done to all of you . A few suggestions would be as a AI Plus - welcome drinks on arrival , ice cream and lollys would be nice available all day, more no smoking outside areas whilst eating - no smoking pool would be just fantastic but overall still worth a full 5 stars for all services great job xx
