"First time in Lanzarote and i had a decent stay at this place, food was good so central to everything which was great for me, however the no air con was a let down as it was so hot at night, had to rent fan and wifi for the week. Staff very lovely and helpful, overall had a great stay 🥰"

"The staff were lovely,the place was clean but I will never go back ,reasons ...firstly lack of security,someone someone found 2 men in her room,you can't open windows for this reason ,secondly they charge for separate items of Wi-Fi ,this can be very expensive we have found other places where Wi-Fi is free,this is an immediate put off,also it was really quite noisy."

"Read reviews before we went so was apprehensive.hotel not as bad as people say.we were 2 older friends we found pros and cons. Food not brilliant but didn't starve.drinks were standard local drinks but always plentiful.pool bar food was probably better than restaurant somedays. Accommodation great very clean and large apartments.bedding changed every 4 days and towels every 2.complex quite on a night.staff were friendly but seemed overworked and unhappy.yhey worked very hard keeping the complex very clean. I cut my leg on a table in the room i asked twice if it could be looked at i put an elasoplast over it in the end as no one came its probably still the same..no air conditioning and we had a heat wave so it was uncomfortable on a night sleeping. Yes you do have to que if you want a umberella and sunbed but we went out in a morning and there was usually beds available after 2pm with umberella.you could usually get a bed any time if your happy in full sun.the one problem is when 1 person saves 6/8 beds for families or groups. Pool clean.not much atmosphere in pool bar.and no where to sit in comfort.restaurant was very warm dont think air condition was working and yes its a bit like a canteen. But for a reasonable priced holiday it was ok. Its true what they say you get what you pay for, but if it is all you can afford well give it a try.in the second week we started eating out as couldnt always face restaurant for evening meal..and finaly i have never known a hotel not supply a room for a shower if your on a late flight.we was offered a office to get changed in luckily check out us midday so we managed. we won't be going back. but try it for yourself as some people go year after year and are very happy with things."
