"Nice hotel. Comfortable clean room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is good but up a steep hill from the beach. One negative, if you’re planning to spend the day at the pool be prepared to hear the same music over and over again! It must be a playlist of 30 minutes on repeat all day."

"It is a somewhat old hotel. In our opinion, it does not convey the feeling of a four-star establishment, but rather that of a three-star one. The cleanliness is acceptable, although somewhat limited. The breakfast did seem good to us, with enough variety and quality. Access to the beach is somewhat inconvenient, as there is a slope to navigate. Additionally, the area is quite peaceful, but also somewhat boring, as there are hardly any bars, restaurants, or shops nearby. The worst part of our experience, without a doubt, was the treatment we received. We had a reservation for four nights, but we were forced to leave on the last night due to an unavoidable appointment with a medical tribunal of the Social Security. We sent them the official citation to justify the situation, but they still refused to refund us for the last night. While we understand that each establishment has its cancellation policies, we were deeply disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown in the face of a circumstance completely beyond our control. That attitude says a lot about how they manage customer service. Finally, it is important to highlight the poor soundproofing of the rooms. The first room assigned to us was on the top floor, right below the air conditioning units, so there was a constant buzzing that made the room practically uninhabitable. After reporting it, they moved us to another room. However, on the last night we could hardly rest because we could clearly hear the noise coming from the adjacent room, occupied by neighbors who were making noise for a large part of the night. In a four-star hotel, this level of sound insulation is clearly insufficient."

"This hotel was lovely, clean, welcoming and breakfast was fantastic. Maybe not a family hotel but perfect for a getaway or a couples holiday. Would definitely revisit."
