"We stayed here as a family of 2 adults and 1 child aged 7 for a week from the 1st October 2026. We were all inclusive with a 1 bedroom apartment through Jet2.
We had a coach which took just over an hour. Check in was good but there was no help with finding our room or helping with luggage. We were a bit of a walk away and up hill and then our room was on the first floor so a bit of a struggle with cases.
The room was a very good size, bed was actually very comfy and our son had the sofa bed in the living area which was made up on arrival. The bathroom has a bath with shower and also a separate walk in shower. Rooms cleaned every other day. However the floor was filthy, even after cleaning our socks were so dirty, we always had to wear shoes in the room. We had a nice treat of fruit, bakes and bubbly as it was our anniversary and son’s birthday. Our balcony was right in front of the octopus slide pool so was quite noisy with kids but we were never really at the room in the day so it was fine. Our fridge stopped working and was fixed as soon as we reported it.
The kids pools are really good but are in desperate need of refurbishment, it’s very old with black/broken tiles. The bar at the kids pool was closed the whole week for some reason so bit of a nightmare going back to the other bar for a drink.
The main pool is nice and big. The sun beds were covered in bird poo. Towels were available at 10euro each deposit and could change when ever. We didn’t see staff cleaning or collecting cups etc much around the pool and there was a huge problem with flies which became extremely annoying.
Although we were AI we did eat out a lot, through choice as we like to go out. The food we had was nice although didn’t stay hot for long and it was sometimes a bit chaotic in the restaurant with kids.
The evening shows were decent. The Michael Jackson tribute was great. There was always quite a bit of a queue at the bar in the evening. Our son is not into kids clubs etc on holiday but they seemed good from what we saw.
We went to the ciutadella a couple of times which is quite nice. We had the best pizza at Roma restaurant. Bus stop is right outside the hotel and was 2 euros each, took about 20 mins I think. We got a cab back which was 14 euros one day and £19 one evening.
The best part is that the marina is literally across the road from the hotel filled with restaurants and a few shops. We had an amazing meal at On Egin and went back again. We had a lovely kebab at Med Bar and lovely ice creams. We loved Toms Bar and went there most nights. There was a singer right outside every night who was great. There is also a doctors and pharmacy.
The beach is just along from the marina and was one of the nicest beaches I’ve been to, soft white sand and clear water. 2x sunbeds and 1 umbrella was 21euros for the day. Lots of fish in the water.
Good hotel for families with kids. Definitely wouldn’t go without kids. Rooms a bit dated, we did notice some rooms looked a little newer. Would say more of a 3 star hotel. We had a nice break."
