"Excellent hotel. Clean rooms, equipped with all comforts, large hair dryer, coffee machine, and personal hygiene kit. The staff is very kind and always available. The location is splendid. I did not use any public transportation because it is very central and you can visit the main points of interest on foot. If I were to return one day, this is certainly where I would stay."

"We went to the hotel terrace to have a drink and were served by a guy named Oscar, who was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life. We got up and left the place, so as not to let things escalate. I hope they fire him, as even one of his colleagues told us that this person is just as rude to customers."

"Hotel Doña María has a large rooftop terrace with tables and excellent views of the Cathedral, which is why it has been my favorite place to take out-of-town friends who come to Seville. But last Sunday, September 13, I suffered an incident that advises me never to return. The thing is, I was accompanied by a friend, both of us in our late sixties, when they served us a last drink and shortly after the waiter came to tell us to leave in such a rude manner that, in private, I told my companion, "don't pay attention to these idiots." But a waitress who was clearing glasses behind me, without me knowing, came out accusing me with her finger and shouting that I had insulted them. At that point, another waiter about two meters tall made a move to attack. The worst part came with the hotel manager's response, because perhaps with a provocative intent, he tells me, who was present, a fantastic story in which my companion and I refused to leave the premises—the poor woman didn't even open her mouth, completely surprised by the treatment—while I was uttering serious insults at the employees who had to remove me almost by force, all of which is completely false, including the last part, since all the other employees behaved correctly. The place is very beautiful, but I think I should notify future customers of the type of "professionals" they are going to deal with."
