"Basic 3-star hotel, but overall a good stay The rooms were clean and spacious, although there wasn’t much storage for a family holiday. We could definitely have done with at least a set of drawers. The location was good — close enough to bars, restaurants and the beach, all within a short walk. The entertainment room was far too hot without air conditioning, so we avoided using it. There was a lovely guy walking around trying his best, but the heat really made it uncomfortable. Some better music around the pool might also have helped create more of an atmosphere, as the music played wasn’t great. The pool area had enough sunbeds for everyone, but the sunbeds definitely need replacing. They don’t sit upright properly, are lacking structure and were ready for a good clean. There were lots of people regularly cleaning the outside areas, but underneath the sunbeds seemed to get missed because they weren’t stacked up to allow proper cleaning. The lifeguard was excellent and always seemed to be on the ball, walking around, tidying and arranging the sunbeds. The lady at the pool bar was also really friendly and helpful. Paper cups are provided around the pool as well as at night, which seemed to encourage a lot of people to buy plastic cups. The staff were more than happy to refill them for you. The restaurant served typical all-inclusive food. Breakfast was good, with fresh eggs and omelettes cooked in front of you, and lovely fresh baguettes. The lady cooking the eggs always put a smile on my little girl’s face! Lunch and dinner were okay. You could always find something to eat, although the restaurant was quite small, and the way the tables were arranged in groups of six made it more difficult to find a table. There are tables outside that could be used, but no cutlery is placed outside, and the door is a bit of a pain when you’re carrying a plate of food. Fresh food was cooked throughout the day at the snack bar. Definitely get the pizza! The pizza served at lunchtime was fresh and, honestly, better than some we paid for in restaurants. You could have drinks in proper glasses in the restaurant and help yourself to wine, sangria, water and soft drinks. The beer was kept behind the bar, so you had to get the staff’s attention, which could be difficult as they were always very busy. The hotel itself looked nice, with beautiful, well-maintained gardens and plants. The staff were friendly, and the hotel felt safe. I was happy enough for my daughters to go to the toilet and back to the room on their own, which says a lot. Overall, we had a good stay and really enjoyed ourselves. It was a cheap deal, so we were very happy with what we got for the price. Tips: - Take an inflatable pillow for the loungers — you’ll thank me! - Take plastic cups for drinks. - The sun starts on the restaurant side of the pool and reaches the other side at around midday. - Only inflatable rings are allowed in the pool. - Get the pizza! - Enjoy your holiday! ☀️"

"The place is lovely, from reception to rooms to hospitality. The meals are fantastic. I have to mention Annetoniatta she works at the counter serving drinks with a big smile and then cleans the tables, she's fantastic, micheal the entertainment guy is great always engaging the kids with music and games. The place is fabulous. The staff are great i very highly recommend"

"I came here with my family during the final week of the summer holiday, this makes a different experience from the craziness of peak summer for a start. Our Jet2 flight was delayed we arrived very late to the hotel. While the receptionist was friendly he wasn't very knowledgeable we couldn't locate our room on the map sent to the first room walking back and forth 3 times each time the key failed. My partner eventually realised we had been sent to the wrong room. While this wouldn't have been an issue in daylight it was rather frustrating at midnight, it was dark and we were exhausted. Our room was lovely and clean, there are no complaints. Shaded, and had a fan. By the sounds of it we were lucky there were many who’s rooms were like furnaces, no fans. Pool was nice and plenty of sun loungers. My only real negatives were the food choices while my partner and I were ok with the limited choice our daughter struggled she is a vegetarian she could chose from plain pasta, rice or chips the tomato sauce had tuna in it and the salads were mainly cheese-based, she was already eating copious amounts of cheese due to the lack of choice. We ate out due to this. Meal times were very busy even for the last week of summer. Entertainment was poor, no pool activities, day time entertainment, I guess I just expected it having always gone with Jet2 its always been part of the package. Having been out all day we thought it would be nice to have a drink before bed to be told no, we stop serving all inclusive at 10:30 it was literally just before 10:30. The pool bar also closed earlly a few times by 30 mins or so while it's probably not an issue if your around the pool all day but those who have been out on adventures its nice to come back for a cold drink by the pool before tea. Something we have always been able to do on every other holiday. All in all we would return it was in an ideal location close to the beach/shops/restaurants, water parks, good transport links and the hotel felt safe; security were always present day and night. And the location felt safe having a young child this was reassuring. Perfectly located for the hop on/off tourist train, the drivers were great. I think what we paid it was value just the odd blip entertainment and food choices. I don't think its really geared towards young children due to the negatives listed. Some of the staff were friendly some not so I always like to make an effort with the language where ever I go, but it was met with laughs, negative and quite bitchy responses from female bar staff, a little off-putting when you are stood with your child who speaks good Spanish 😩 lesson learnt (at this hotel only). Over all for us it was just somewhere to lay our heads, the beds were so comfy, slept like logs."
