"I share this opinion totally disgusted, we chose this hotel because a relative was getting married and we have been tremendously disappointed. Starting with the fact that even though it includes a SPA and pool, it turned out they were not operational until the day we were leaving, nobody mentioned it when making the reservation despite it being one of the attractions. On the other hand, some of the reception employees I think haven't realized that they work facing the public, who I am grateful for is the maintenance staff and the girl in the cafeteria, very nice. Buffet issue, quite disappointing, they didn't put any kind of sign with what each dish was and they brought us a high chair full of dirt, horrible, although I also thank one of the employees who brought out a yogurt for my baby. The facilities are very old, I think the 4 stars are a bit too much for you, I will not repeat."

"The hotel services are acceptable, what is not acceptable is the breakfast buffet worker. The unpleasant and arrogant way she addresses customers, her colleagues, and the shouting she does in the dining room. It creates a tense, unpleasant atmosphere that makes you want to get up and leave or get up and tell her that is no way to speak to her colleagues. Those are not the ways of a professional person."

"Very nice staff. We had a room with a view of a wall and my husband asked if we could have a room at the front, which was no problem and was arranged immediately. The staff is very helpful in pointing out excursions in the area. The location of the hotel is perfect. The metro is within walking distance and takes you everywhere. You can buy a 10-ride ticket at the metro and travel to the most beautiful places. The Aldi is very close. The breakfast was super well arranged. Beautiful large room with a beautiful large bed, bathroom shower toilet bidet hairdryer everything you need."
