"The actual experience at this hotel differed significantly from its description. Aside from the pleasant garden and proximity to the city center, other aspects closely related to the hotel's actual functionality and service warrant careful consideration before booking: 1. The lounge sofas were old and looked dirty. 2. The two adult beds in the room were small and narrow, like cribs. 3. The carpet in the room was stained, dull, and filthy. 4. There were two trash cans under the window of the first-floor room, and the smell of garbage was noticeable when the window was open. 5. The bathroom only had shampoo and hand wash; there was no soap, no hair conditioner, no shower gel, no body lotion. 6. In a double room, there was only one bathrobe. 7. Very early in the morning , the front desk was notified to clean the room, and a "Please Clean" sign was posted outside the door. Despite waiting all day and repeated inquiries, the room was still not cleaned. Later, it was stated that departing guests were given priority, and vacant rooms would be cleaned first to accommodate new guests. Guests who had already paid and stayed in the hotel were put on the waiting list. 8. The garden is small but pleasant. However, there are mosquitoes; their bites are incredibly itchy. There are also mosquitoes in the room, possibly related to the trash can outside the window. 9. The hotel breakfast is far from "fantastic," not even close to the standards of a truly "fantastic" breakfast. Calling it "fantastic" is an exaggeration. 10. The power cord was accidentally left in the room. It is stated that it would cost 85 euros to mail it . ——————"

"Definitely the best small hotel I’ve stayed in Cannes recently. It’s clean, room was cosy and has everything the traveller may need: kettle, small fridge, save box, hair dryer. Located 10 mins away fron the Palais. Breakfast is delicious. The garden is 5 stars."

"This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Spa not functional (under renovation in the middle of August, that's very poor). The first night, giving my 4-year-old son a shower was quite a struggle, the shower faucet was broken (problem resolved the next day). Hair dryer that doesn't work and stops after 2 minutes, the next day the same thing. The TV displayed no signal intermittently. Decent breakfast. Excessive price given the problems encountered."
