"We stayed at Ki Space Hotel & Spa for 2 nights while visiting Disneyland Paris. We honestly weren't at the hotel very much because most of our time was spent at Disney, but for what we paid I thought it was a really good value for families.
VALUE: 9/10
Probably the biggest selling point for us. For the price, you get a stylish hotel, family amenities, a large pool, kitchenette and shuttle service to Disneyland. If you're mainly looking for a comfortable home base for Disney, it does the job really well.
ROOM: 8/10
Our room had a king bed and pullout bed. It wasn't particularly large, but I was impressed with how they utilized almost every inch of space. There were drawers, closet space and plenty of places to store things, which helps a lot with kids. The bathroom and shower were small but worked fine.
We didn't really use the kitchenette, but traveling with two little kids I can definitely see why families would appreciate having it.
CLEANLINESS: 10/10
The hotel and our room were very clean throughout our stay. No complaints at all when it came to cleanliness.
FAMILY FRIENDLY: 9/10
There are kids everywhere and the hotel is clearly designed with families in mind. The décor is stylish with fun Disney touches while still having its own look.
They also have a robotic drink dispenser in the lobby that was really cool. It wasn't working at first because it needed cups, so we had to ask the staff for help, but once they got it going it was a fun little feature.
POOL: 7/10
The pool itself is huge and really nice. We took our son one evening before bed and he enjoyed it.
My biggest issue with the entire hotel is the tile around the pool. It gets VERY slippery. Yes, kids aren't supposed to run around a pool, but this is a family hotel and kids are going to be kids. Traveling with two little ones, I could easily see a child slipping and getting hurt. The pool itself was great, but I really think the flooring is something the hotel should look at.
BREAKFAST: 7.5/10
We had the American-style breakfast buffet our last morning. It was okay and fair for the price. They had pretty much everything you'd expect from an American breakfast buffet. I wouldn't call it an amazing breakfast, but it definitely did the job.
The pancake machine was pretty cool and the pancakes were good. Just expect a line because apparently everyone else thinks the pancake machine is cool too lol.
FOOD & DRINKS: 8/10
There's a downstairs bar with a good selection, plus a convenient grab-and-go area where you can pick up drinks, snacks and sandwiches. That's especially useful when you're coming back from Disney with kids and don't want to sit down for a full meal.
SERVICE: 7.5/10
Staff were friendly overall and we had no major issues. Our room unfortunately wasn't ready when we arrived for check-in. I also expected the staff to be a little warmer considering how family-oriented the hotel is. Nobody was rude at all, it just didn't have that super friendly feeling we experienced at some of the other hotels during our trip.
DISNEY TRANSPORTATION: 8/10
The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the Disneyland Paris area, which is a great perk. The important thing is to check the schedule and plan around it because the shuttle doesn't run constantly and there are gaps during the day. We missed the timing one day and ended up taking a taxi.
ATMOSPHERE: 9/10
Modern and stylish with Disney touches throughout, but they did a nice job making the hotel feel like its own place rather than covering everything in Disney characters.
NOISE LEVEL: 8/10
It's a family hotel, so expect to hear kids playing and talking. It wasn't excessively loud and we didn't have any real noise problems.
OVERALL: 8/10
For a short Disneyland Paris stay, I thought we got our money's worth. We weren't looking for a luxury Paris hotel—we wanted somewhere comfortable, clean and family friendly with good amenities and transportation to Disney. Ki Space worked well for that. I'd just be extra careful with little kids around that pool deck."
