"Hotel in Bedrooms are no where near 4 star ,standard rooms very small dated and no tea making facilities bathroom tiny...room was not cleaned enough had to ask for towels etc..food in hotel is basic but ok the facilities in reception and dining bar area looks good and feels like a four star hotel. Location is good sun terrace has no showers if you do use it staff very attentive.."

"A friend and I spent 10 nights, half board at this amazing hotel. 13/9/2026. From check in to check out, no complaints whatsoever, well apart from no facilities to make a cuppa in the room. I had brought a travel kettle. I asked at reception about cups, tea pot etc which they gave me, so problem solved. For us, 3 staff members stood out, the restaurant manager, marco, the very efficient lady with the long hair who was constantly keeping an eye on guests for refills of coffee. Then the young man on reception, whose name began with P, I think Paeblo 🤔. He was so caring and helpful. All three a credit to your hotel. The housekeeping staff whose work sometimes goes unnoticed but our room was kept spotless. Any negative points, absolutely not. We loved every day and fell in love with Riva and you’d fantastic hotel."

"A fabulous hotel in Riva del Garda. Excellent location.Comfortable and clean rooms with a nice balcony. Fantastic breakfast. The Staff are amazing , very friendly and very helpful. We had a medical crisis and we were lucky to be able to stay there for the extra nights. The staff went above and beyond to help and we will be forever grateful to them"
