"This was my 3rd visit to Rome, my first stay at this Hotel. Having read mixed reviews I arrived with an open mind. We were booked in upon arrival by Matteo who made us more than welcome, such a lovely man. Our room was on the 6th floor, quick modern lift. Room was large, clean and with good air conditioning. Bathroom was beautiful. Great shower with toiletries supplied also. Maid service was good and they did ask if we wanted the room cleaned if we were in it when they arrived. Open storage shelves in room for clothes and hanging rail, fridge and safe. We had a balcony at front of Hotel with table and chairs. Towels in the room aren't changed every day, but we found this to be acceptable. Breakfast room on top floor of Hotel was immaculate. It was buffet style with both hot and cold food, all fresh and with plenty of choice. Food was replenished quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tables were cleared quickly. Time frame for breakfast were really good to. We ate in the Hotel restaurant on our first night only. We did have trouble finding it. You had to go outside through a door in the breakfast room and then up a set of stairs to the restaurant. The restaurant was A la carte with a small menu, so not to everyone's taste. Bar staff were very attentive and the chef sent out an appetiser for us both before our meal which was really kind and was very nice to. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk to Termini station and metro, and there are plenty of lovely restaurants in the streets around the Hotel to. Our air condition was not working one day and once reported someone came to the room within minutes to sort it. Same when I locked myself out the safe, within minutes someone came to the room to assist. The location of the Hotel was really good for this stay and only a 10 minute leisurely walk downhill to the Colosseum. I would highly recommend this Hotel, we had no issues with it or the staff. All staff were verry helpful and very pleasant to deal with."

"What a lovely hotel, arrived earlier than check in time by taxi from airport, it was only a 40 minute drive, Daniel who we spoke to checked to see if our room was ready and it was so an early check in. Room was lovely, room top bar had amazing views. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Termini Station which we used to travel to Florence, 20 minute walk to Colosseum, 40 minutes to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, just over an hour to the Vatican. Isabella was lovely on check out. Just a couple of things I wasnt happy with, we put the do not disturb sign on the door as we didnt want the room servicing but housekeeping went in anyway, only reason we know is they left their card in the light socket, manager was supposed to contact us but didnt, not a big issue, on the Friday night we went up to roof garden and we couldnt use it as there was a private event, this meant anyone eating was sat in the bar area, there were no tables available for anyone who wasnt eating so we sat at a table and then when our drinks arrived we were asked to move, thankfully a table had become available but it wasnt nice being told you cant sit there when only 4 tables were available to sit for drinks from the bar. I must mention Alessandro, I am not a drinker and was struggling to find even a mocktail I would like instead of a coke and he offered to make one specially, it was lovely. Saying all this I would highly recommend the hotel and if we went back to Rome would definitely stay here"
