"Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding our one-night stay at your Delta hotel. Upon our arrival, we encountered a particularly unpleasant situation. We stopped for a few moments in front of the hotel to drop off our suitcases before heading to the parking lot. A woman then called out to us in a very dry and inappropriate manner, telling us that parking was prohibited and that we had to leave immediately. She then indicated that she was the manager of the establishment. We were particularly shocked by her tone and the way she addressed us. We had just arrived and were simply looking to drop off our luggage before parking our vehicle. If stopping in front of the hotel is indeed prohibited, it would still be normal to clearly indicate to guests where they can stop for a few moments to unload their suitcases. A person in a management position should, in our opinion, show respect and courtesy toward guests, even when they have to enforce a rule. The rest of the stay unfortunately did not meet our expectations for a four-star hotel associated with Marriott. The breakfast also disappointed us. It was very limited and seemed to us more in line with the service level of a two- or three-star hotel than that of a four-star establishment. Furthermore, several elevators were out of service. We had to use an elevator located at the end of the rooms, which was particularly inconvenient. The fact that two elevators were closed during our stay is also hardly acceptable for an establishment of this category. In the end, this experience left us with a very bad impression. Between the particularly unpleasant welcome from management, the elevator problems, and the quality of the breakfast, we feel that the service was not up to the expected standard. We hope that this complaint will be taken seriously and that particular attention will be paid to these various points so that other guests do not have a similar experience. "Somewhat strange location - didn’t seem particularly walkable anywhere. That said, very clean hotel - very typical Marriott experience - which we were looking for so this was a relief. Many flight attendants and business travelers. Rooms were big and clean - ours had a bath tub which my daughter was thrilled about and surprised by. Very affordable especially bc we booked last minute and it was extremely busy. Hotel was very clean as was our room. Last but not least the morning buffet was well above average. And importantly MARIO made me the worlds best Cappuccino!!! Ask for him to make you one. You won’t be disappointed."
