Londres Estoril Hotel

"We stayed 3 nights, the hotel is very well located near restaurants and beaches that you can walk to. The cleaning is very good and the staff are very friendly, the breakfast has a very good variety."

"Stayed here for 10 days. Incredibly bad service, 5 empty glasses were left in the room for 6 days. Cleaning of floor in room not good. Got an invitation to a garden party one evening from hotels that were on the bed one day, showed up and was told it was a private event. If someone were to drink something in the pool area, they would have to use plastic cups (totally fine), but it becomes wrong when the hotel management comes and sits down with their family right next to it, and everyone big and small drinks from breakable glasses. Waited 1 hour for a toast that was ordered at the bar, after having to ask 3 times (which should have taken a maximum of 10 minutes and there were only 2-3 other people in the bar). Bar staff could not mix drinks. Left a large piece of broken glass under the breakfast table, only got a tug on the shoulder when we handed it to the waiter"

"I have stayed at the hotel twice and I am always very well received and attended to! I just think we're stepping on each other's toes P and J, there should be more Wi-Fi network, because it doesn't even work with mobile data."
