"I had a bad experience with another place losing my reservation and was stressed and upset when I arrived here after midnight hoping they had a room. They did have a room but the friendly, caring, and simply wonderful member of staff on duty who helped me out meant just as much as finding a room. Facilities are excellent, lovely room, great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We opted for a superior room which had the most efficient AC system we have ever found in a room. It was so quiet but did the job perfectly. Other amenities included water in the room, well fitting curtains, a very comfortable bed, slippers, a safe, plenty of hanging space, good bedside reading lights. The bathroom was also excellent with plenty of space and amenities. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very helpful. It only lacked one thing and that was coffee in the room The location is on a quiet street very near lots of good restaurants and a Thai bar across the road where a large beer and a glass of wine was 7 euro! It is less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of Porto Would highly recommend this hotel, 11 euro ride from airport"
