HF Tuela Porto

"Stayed at this hotel as part of a Road Scholar tour. Stayed an additional 3 nights on my own as I explored Porto. This is a clean and modern hotel. There is a small bar and a large dining room downstairs for breakfast from 7a-10:30a. The breakfast selections are limited and the hot food is just ok. I think you can also order from a menu, which might be a better choice if you’re fussy. But the coffee is VERY good. Nice touch that there’s a pit of “Americano” for people who find European coffee too strong. The hotel is quiet and clean. It’s not near the center of the city. You can walk to the center, but Uber is perhaps a better choice. The city is hilly so consider your physical condition if you choose to walk. After being in Europe for 2 weeks, I was in search of laundry facilities. The hotel has a laundry service, but a self-serve laundry facility is within walking distance."

"Very nice, excellent hotel, all the staff friendly."

"Wonderful hotel, location next to the Bom Retiro market and shopping center! Spacious and super clean room, with new and fragrant towels, a super comfortable king bed, and everything smells nice. Excellent breakfast with a lot of fruit variety, scrambled eggs, bacon, various breads, cakes, coffees, teas, natural juices, etc. Very attentive receptionist! I would come back and highly recommend"
