"Went for a week end of July 2026. The hotel is in a good location for the beaches and night life just a short walk away so no noise. The hotel itself is clean, we always managed to get sunbeds. There is a good choice of food for breakfast & dinner the only slight downside is that there is only 1 bar open in the evening but there are lots of bars & nightlife just a short walk away."

"Andorra hotel is located a couple of minutes from the golden mile in Tenerife and is in a really good location for exploring Las Americas. The hotel doesn't have any entertainment which suited us although you could hear entertainment from a nearby hotel sometimes. This was only when out on the balcony or when the patio doors were open. There were 2 pools which were both really clean and well maintained and a lifeguard was present while the pools were open. My only gripe was that sometimes the lifeguard was a bit too enthusiastic with his whistle when kids were playing with balls in the pool. We paid an extra €200 for a larger balcony and this was well worth the money. Our balcony was massive and almost like a roof terrace with sunbeds and loads of space. The rooms were spotless and had everything we could have needed while on our holiday including TV and some English channels. The beds were too comfortable if anything and I would have loved to take my bed home with me. The superior rooms also include Aircon. Breakfast was buffet style and had absolutely loads of choice. However, if you're after English sausage, English bacon, heinz beans and HP sauce, maybe stay in England. We had no complaints at all about breakfast. Staff were always lovely at mealtimes and tables kept clean. One major gripe was the sunbeld situation. The hotel had to keep running announcements over the loud speakers to remind guests not to reserve sunbeds and if unattended for an extended time, towels would be removed. It would be nice if anyone paid attention. The pools open at 9.30 and from about 9.05, you have queues in 4 separate entrances to the pools. These people arel embarrassing and 99% are British. It got so bad that people who seemingly are unable to walk without crutches, experience miraculous recoveries and limbo under the access chain barrier to sprint to a sunbed. To add, we were there peak season and never once had trouble finding a sunbed at any point in the day so queuing was totally unnecessary. We booked half board and evening meals are again buffet style and available between 7.30-9.30. This included a fair amount of choice but I would say that it's more catering to adults. For fussy kids, there is always pizza or chips and plenty of desserts. Overall, I think the Andorra hotel is an absolute gem. Clean, comfortable and perfectly located for getting around. I would definitely stay again if I return to Tenerife."
