"Excellent. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, and clean. The rooms are tidy and the beds are comfortable. It is close to everything: just steps away from the bus station and a few minutes from the metro station. Also, there is more than one supermarket just a few steps away. The staff is fantastic, especially Miss Regina; she is extremely kind, helped us beyond words, and made our stay at the hotel unforgettable. We will definitely come back again ."

"My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Nice, clean room and a good value for money. The pool was nicely large with enough space. There was always a bed available, but also having fun in the pool. Snacks and drinks at the pool at very reasonable prices. We were in the high season and a good deal per night. Great experience and within walking distance of the metro and (a bit further) the center. The modern Calatrava buildings are also nearby. Good location then."

"We had a reasonably good stay in this hotel. The location and the swimming pool are especially plus points here. A few comments that the hotel could improve: ensure that swimming is possible from 9 am and perhaps replace the sun loungers with a higher quality variant? The old deckchairs really had their best time. We found the breakfast very tasty and well catered for, but the breakfast room was far too cold. The acoustics in the breakfast room are really not good. Maybe you can provide acoustic panels on the ceiling? In the morning, you don't want noisy neighbors and you want to be able to have a quiet breakfast. Otherwise everything is fine, very friendly staff."
