Ibis Styles Heraklion Central

"The hotel is perfectly located in the center and next to all the monuments. The breakfast is very complete and the beds are very comfortable."

"I am having a wonderful stay at the Ibis Styles Heraklion Central. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Heraklion, within easy walking distance of some of the city’s main attractions, including the Archaeological Museum, Morosini Fountain, the historic center, the Venetian port and the Koules Fortress. It is also surrounded by restaurants, cafés and shops, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. My room is beautiful, spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lovely balcony that makes my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stands out, however, is the kindness, professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. I would especially like to thank Giorgos at the reception desk, who has been exceptionally attentive and welcoming. He has provided me with very useful information about Heraklion, excellent recommendations and clear directions that have helped me make the most of my time in the city. As my friends and I had to leave the hotel very early this morning for an excursion to Elafonisi, Giorgos kindly arranged an early breakfast for us at 5:00 a.m. The staff member who was at reception this morning was also extremely attentive and helpful, making sure we knew where to go and guiding us so that we could enjoy our breakfast before leaving. These thoughtful gestures and the genuine attention to guests make a real difference. We feel very welcome here, and I would highly recommend the Ibis Styles Heraklion Central, not only for its excellent location and beautiful, comfortable rooms, but especially for the outstanding professionalism and warmth of its staff."
