"A very nice hotel, very nice location, but some things should not happen in a 5-star hotel. We had a room with a Jacuzzi on the terrace. Only the water was always very warm. We couldn't adjust it ourselves because the display was no longer readable. Despite complaints, nothing was changed. We had booked with breakfast. We had to realize that some of the staff were very unfriendly, except for the two on the terrace. We felt that the hotel manager did not make much of an effort to intervene when difficulties arose. We owned a restaurant business for 30 years with 40 employees, but we always stepped in if someone was missing."

"Loved staying here, it was luxurious while still managing to feel relaxed. The service was excellent in all areas of the hotel. We had a Temptation room with pool which I would definitely recommend. I'm not sure if all Temptation rooms are the same but ours had a huge outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds & parasol and an outdoor sofa area which was perfect for having room service. The buffet breakfast was great, with many options (hot, cold, cereals, yogurt, pastries etc), there's Prosecco available and they will make any type of coffee you like for you. The prices for the mini bar in your room are reasonable. There is a €6 additional charge for room service. The main pool is an infinity pool which is lit up in the evening and looks gorgeous. The views from the hotel, across the water are beautiful. It's really somewhere you can relax. The lady who cleaned our room was amazing, came in morning and evening with fresh towels, did a turndown in the evening and left our slippers on bathmats by the bed, also gave a fresh robe if you had used it. The complementary toiletries in the room were also refreshed. There is a free bus in to Mykonos Town and a shuttle to the private beach and other hotels in the group if you want to use them. I can't fault it at all, we had the best week here. Helpful info: the hotel is up a steep hill but this isn't a problem if you use the shuttle bus. There isn't much immediately around the hotel but again not a problem if you're planning on relaxing and using the shuttle in to town. The shuttle in to town takes around 35-40 mins. There is a hairdryer, a safe and an iron in the room. There wasn't a kettle but you can request one. If you use the private beach - you aren't allowed to put the parasols up in the front row of sunbeds. You can order food and drinks at the beach and towels are provided when you arrive. Complimentary water is brought to your room each day."
