"Very quiet, peaceful luxury hotel! Staff VERY friendly and polite. Our room was a garden one, with sunloungers on our own terrace. The room was immaculate, housekeeping so polite, you can't even hear them going room to room. The food was incredible and spoilt for choice. We ate dinner at the hotel some nights. Huge variety, beautifully presented. Excellent chefs. It was fresh every morning and every dinner, I didn't notice anything that was leftovers or re-heated. The facilities were all very clean, for example the toilets in the lobby and communal areas seemed like no one ever used them, that's how clean. The beach is right in front and clean, fine sand no pebbles and the sea was quite warm (early Sept) unlike rest of Aegean. It's a shame it's not private, as it charges 12 Euros to hire a lounger and umbrella per person per day. Which is a lot if you want to divide time between beach and hotel and not leave your stuff at the beach. Location is perfect, only a few seconds to walk out on to Faliraki strip restaurants and shops. Faliraki is very reasonably priced with massive choice of delicious food. 20 mins to the airport, 20 mins from Rhodes Old Town, bus stop just outside the hotel. Reception is very polite, friendly and helpful. We had no trouble extending our room check-out time, which we paid a little bit extra for of course but it well worth it as our flight was late and we were allowed to use all the facilities until we left for the airport. They were very helpful and our whole stay went very smoothly. The single 1 thing which disappointed was how cold the gorgeous pool was - hardly anyone went in it. Sadly I didn't go in the pool once and I love swimming. We could see people would shiver as they went in and they'd not go in again. It's such a shame as we would've swam constantly in the hot weather, but all we did was stay on the loungers and look at a beautiful big empty pool. I don't think it's the hotel itself, it's like a Rhodes thing to not have heated pools! I can see on Rhodes forums that everyone complains about all the pools in Rhodes being freezing. Guys, you're 5*, please heat the pool, even if it's a few degrees!"

"This hotel & resort was selected due to proximity to Rhodes Town and further afield. Which worked for us. The hotel had every facility to cater for our personal needs as and when Spacious poolside and clean pool Beach close and nice panorama / fantastic must see sunrise The room (161) was alike to a studio with ground floor patio with picturesque views. 👀 The beach side taverna was a nice lunch retreat and a special mention to Mary who was lovely & genuine hospitality Hotels of this quality type tend to have older guests which can be abit soulless with little interaction but was expected and not the hotels fault as it is similar in many destinations. We personally don't use hotel resteraunts apart from breakfasts as shuttle runs and enmass food isn't the holiday dining experience we prefer but there is a number of tavernas close by which we're decent and Rhodes Town bus is cheap and short journey to many more resteraunts & Old Town visit We got quads out for adventure to Lindos / stegna/ Haraki / 7 Springs / butterfly Park and mountain villages etc which ticks our overall relaxing / adventure / exploration holiday experience. Overall = Good choice"
