"Rather simple hotel. Housekeeping is done in 5 minutes. Dust not done, sand on the floor, for the bed, they just fold the top sheet. One of them dressed in blue answered us, the other looked at us without answering! The TV had many channels but they did not work. The breakfast was repetitive, as for the evening meal, it was cafeteria-style. The blonde receptionist was more absorbed by her phone than by the guests. One of the only positive points, the owner who tries to find solutions"

"The hotel room we were supposed to stay in was in the building behind, on the ground floor right next to the elevator - it smelled of sewage and you could hear everything that happened outside the room. So when people came home drunk in the evening/at night, we were woken up. The day after we complained and luckily got up to the 1st floor further down the hall - so that was positive. The rooms were generally fine, but they needed a thorough cleaning due to mold at the bathroom grout, etc., which can be seen in the pictures. There was a sign in the room that you weren't allowed to have alcohol and food in - I don't think one can "decide" that - if I feel like a beer or a burger from Burger King, they shouldn't decide that. The staff were not particularly service-minded. He rarely smiled and they neither said hello nor good morning when we came down for breakfast, which was certainly not very interesting either. The hotel manager lived in his own house connected to the restaurant's outdoor area and he sat there all the time supervising everything. One was not allowed to sit inside the "restaurant" when there was no food. My husband was supposed to have a Teams meeting, so I wanted to sit down and read - but could only sit outside, where there was no air conditioning. And it got very hot when the temperature was close to 40 degrees in the morning. The pool on the roof makes no sense, as it is so small and there is no possibility to swim. We are not pool people, so it is not relevant to us, but I think it's a joke. The location was fine in terms of the beach, restaurants, and shopping."

"Hotel in a prime location but certainly not worth 4 stars!! The cleaning here is bad and unhygienic! With a name in the dining room Dirty plastic tablecloths with "weather" on them Never changed and "cleaned" with a dirty cloth The coffee cups are cleaned with a too coarse scouring pad. The pepper and salt set is too bad to deal with, everything bakes and sticks On the room on the balcony there is a dead plant, brown with here and there still a small sign of life, it doesn't look good The cleaning of the rooms is also no joke Change the bedding every 4 days, nothing has happened with the "weather" in the pillows on the 6th day Mold in the shower etc Annoying cleaning In short, why 4 stars????? Wouldn't this book!! And check on booking.com for fun what this hotel costs per night!! Incredible"
