"Hotel apparently quite recent, located relatively close to Campo Pequeno and Saldanha, in a flat area of the city of Lisbon. The room has what is necessary for a very quiet stay. In the room where I stayed, the bathroom had a shower, which was a big advantage for me. The soundproofing is quite good. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite satisfying. I didn't find the safe in the room. Quite an interesting price in the city of Lisbon. I will definitely come back."

"I had a wonderful stay for 11 nights, and I want to highlight the incredible reception team Ana, Caio, and Josué and Pedro. They were consistently kind, helpful, and respectful, making every interaction smooth and pleasant. As someone with experience in the hotel industry, I can confidently say this is one of the best reception teams I’ve come across. Their professionalism and genuine care really stood out. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast met the Holiday Inn brand standards, and the F&B team did a great job providing a good start to each morning. "Acceptable for a standard city hotel. On my arrival, however, I could not be allocated a room for a while as the hotel and the travel provider have seemingly communicated poorly. It took almost 40 minutes for a staff member to allocate a room to me, even after someone intervened. My then assigned room was far from clean. Yellow, brown and red stains on the carpet, beard hair and dried blood in the bed, the drain in the bathroom filled the whole room with bad smell. I then got a new room without any problems which was significantly cleaner. Dinner and breakfast was very okey. Despite the apparent understaffing of the evening staff, the staff did their best. For a city break the hotel is well suited"
