From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, valued and truly at home. The level of hospitality, attention to detail and professionalism shown by the entire team was second to none, helping to make such a special family occasion even more memorable. A special mention must go to Kemal, whose outstanding service, impeccable manners and truly regal professionalism graced our stay throughout. His warmth and dedication were exemplary and did not go unnoticed. Our sincere thanks also go to Darcey, Halla and the events team for coordinating the wedding event to such an exceptionally high standard. Everything was handled with great care and attention, allowing us all to relax and enjoy the celebrations. We would also like to recognise Bell, who was with us throughout the evening, ensuring we felt comfortable, welcome and completely at home during the wedding celebrations. Her warmth and attentiveness added so much to the occasion. Finally, a very special thank you to Donal at Front of House, whose genuine hospitality and personal touch helped turn a wonderful stay into a truly unforgettable memory. His contribution to our experience was exceptional and a credit to the hotel. As the St. Angelo and Weir families, we cannot thank the entire team enough for the kindness, professionalism and outstanding service shown to us. You helped create memories that we will cherish for many years to come. A genuine five-star experience in every sense of the word. We would wholeheartedly recommend The Bedford Hotel to anyone visiting Belfast and would be delighted to return. With our warmest thanks and appreciation, The St. Angelo & Weir Families"

"we loved this hotel - comfortable and historic - staff always pleasant and cheery - nice breakfast in a room with large windows (helpful to wake us up) - we did experience some confusion with our booking, getting alarming emails and thinking maybe we would show up to find no room at the inn, but that was cleared up before our arrival with a phone call once we were able to call them (no idea why they couldn't call us as we begged them to do) - only other small issue was the very strong smell of carpet cleaner in the hallway - about a 10-minute walk to the Grand Central train station"

"Great hotel with staff who work hard to ensure a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a spacious super-clean room, an amazingly comfortable bed, and a convenient location. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend."
