"We stayed at the hotel from October 4th to October 15th. We were relaxing together with my grandmother (I am 31, and my grandmother is 77). They lived in room 1358. A very beautiful room and a very beautiful view of the sea.
The hotel is in a very picturesque location, surrounded by mountains. The mountains are simply amazing, and different every day.
The food is wonderful, delicious, the selection is excellent. Alcohol is good, only imported (except for wines and champagne).
I met many families who come for the second, fifth, and some even for the 13th time specifically here.
Oktoberfest is just amazingly organized! What a wonderful celebration.
All the staff does so that only positive impressions remain from the vacation.
I especially want to note:
Mahmut at Mia Kassa Bar — makes the best cocktails in this bar.
Ruslan at Starbucks - makes wonderful coffee, will always advise and help with the choice.
Dinara at Aqwa Bar is an incredibly attentive girl, she also makes the best cocktails.
I'll mention Berats, Ferit, and Alibina at Tropicano Bar - very attentive, wonderful people. It's nice to spend evenings on the terrace of the lobby bar when they take such good care of you! Thank you 🙏🏻
The bar on the pier is called Iskele Bar. And here I really want to mention Fatih. I spent the most time at the beach and thanks to it, I tried many delicious new cocktails and snacks.
Animation Team — wonderful guys. Very attentive. I want to specifically mention Sharip. A very nice and kind guy. I immediately told him that I recently had a fracture and cannot do almost any activities. Every day he asked me: "How's your leg?" and invited me to activities that suit me.
Thank you very much to everyone for such a wonderful vacation!
And I will tell about the incident that left an unpleasant mark. I don't want to lower the rating because I hope this is some terrible misunderstanding.
On the third morning, we discovered that we didn't have our passports. Literally: in the safe are all, except passports. We dug through all the things ten times - there are no passports. Moved furniture, checked trash cans, and looked behind the refrigerator. We assumed they left them at the reception. But, unfortunately, they weren't there either. The cameras show that the grandmother is putting the passports in her bag. We did not leave the hotel territory. They told us that they held a meeting with the staff, but they couldn't find our passports. Then the administrator girl checked the number and said: "Well yes, there are no passports." But they couldn't steal them because nobody needs them.
And that's it.
We went to the police ourselves and went to the consulate. They asked if, given the situation where the passports went missing from the room, they could provide us with a transfer to the consulate? We were told: Well, maybe it's paid. Find out.
We are not scandalous people, but there is a feeling that if we screamed and claimed that the passports were stolen, we would be provided with a transfer.
To not spoil our vacation, we went to the police ourselves and went to the Russian consulate by taxi. Received the necessary document for departure and continued the vacation, not thinking about the bad.
But, unfortunately, as someone who has worked in customer service for many years, I expected more assistance from a hotel of this level. Especially in such an important matter as losing a passport on the hotel premises.
I'm not lowering the star rating, I know how important the rating is for the hotel, but I want my comment to be taken into account for the future. And I hope that we just didn't have luck with this moment."
