"The staff are an absolute credit to this hotel, and without them, it simply wouldn’t be the same. They have genuinely made our holiday, and over the course of our 10-day stay, we have built connections with people that have already left us wanting to book our next trip. We will truly miss this place and the wonderful people who made it so special.
From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel welcome. The staff cannot do enough for you, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Every part of the hotel has been fantastic, from the facilities to the cleanliness and overall service.
Our room was lovely, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. A special thank you to Etef, who kept our room immaculate throughout our entire stay. We especially loved the towel origami surprises!
The restaurants, food and service were equally amazing. We had no issues with the food and both remained well throughout our holiday. A special shout-out to Saad, who looked after us so well, always keeping our drinks topped up and making us laugh throughout our meals! He knew exactly what we needed before we even had to ask.
Every member of the restaurant team deserves recognition. They made us smile every day with their kindness, politeness and hard work. They never seem to stop, yet they always have time for a quick chat and make you feel valued.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the fish restaurant, which we visited twice! Redi and the team there were equally wonderful and made both visits special.
One of the biggest highlights of our holiday was Mahmoud at the pool bar.
We aren't really beach people, so we spent our days by the pool, and from the moment we met Mahmoud, we built such a lovely connection. He went above and beyond every day, from bringing us bowls of fresh fruit to making sure we had everything we needed. When I came down with a cold for a couple of days, he thoughtfully made me ginger and lemon drinks, reminded me to keep my fluids up and checked that I was okay. These little gestures meant so much to us. His kindness and genuine care are something we will never forget, and we cannot speak highly enough of him.
We also had a couple of lovely evenings enjoying shisha, where one of the shisha team kindly guided us through the best flavours to try. Such a lovely guy who was always happy to have a chat and made the experience even more enjoyable. We were even lucky enough to meet Shakira, his tortoise!
The evening entertainment was fairly limited, but this didn't bother us at all. We loved spending our evenings playing cards at the beach bar, where the staff were just as lovely and welcoming. We also watched an evening of entertainment, and Tito was an absolute character! Always smiling, funny and incredibly welcoming, he brought such a lovely energy to the evening.
What makes this hotel truly special is its people.
Throughout our 10 days, we didn't just enjoy a fantastic holiday; we built genuine connections and made memories with people who made us feel welcome, cared for and appreciated. It's rare to leave somewhere feeling as though you will miss the people as much as the holiday itself, but that is exactly how we feel.
Every member of staff we encountered played a part in making our stay memorable, and we hope they know how appreciated they are. Their hard work, kindness and warmth are what make this hotel stand out.
We honestly couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We have come away with the most wonderful memories, and although we are already missing it all, we are so grateful to have experienced such a special 10 days.
