"Horrible beds. Like lying on boards. No mattress at all. We had booked and paid extra to get single beds, but we were given a double bed and when we complained and requested two beds, we were treated very impolitely by the hotel manager. After much arguing, we finally got two beds. The food was tasteless and it was the same cookies all the time but different colors. The gravel around the pool was stringy and life-threatening. I slipped and hit an elbow, a thigh, and a toe and when I went to show it to the boss she just got angry and said it was my own fault because they had put up signs about the wet floor. You cannot absolve yourself of your responsibility by putting up a bunch of signs. There were three others who also slipped on the very slippery floor and a little boy hit the back of his head on the concrete floor and the other two got away with a scare. The only thing they told the little boy was that he should have shoes on. I even wrote to MPM hotels and told them what happened when I got home and they just replied that the staff had done the right thing because they had put up signs. So damn bad. Not once did the boss come and ask how I was doing, but she kept her distance the rest of the week. Are you going to travel there, so bring and wear slippers all the time and bring an inflatable mattress to put in the bed so that you don't have aches for several weeks afterwards"

"We arrived as a couple at 5.30am sat 27th , after a very long day and shattered. We were given our key to room c506, which was ok, wasn't able to upgrade to a balcony room as there was no availability which was a shame, however it was nice to be left a cake for my husband birthday. Thank you. But have to say, the food was a little bit hit and miss, and quite cold. I understand it is hard to keep warm, but cold baked beans etc. Weren't nice. Staff were mostly friendly in the restaurant jean paul,Marina, but some looked as if they just didn't want to be there. Big shout out to Bobbi on the pool bar, a fantastic bar man, with a great sense of humour, who made our time memorable. Alexandre was also quite welcoming, and complimented me on my perfume. Lovely view of the sea and beach every morning when having breakfast on the patio, Dimitir. The pool life guard was friendly to us, and helped a child to learn to swim offering advice and support, which was lovely. As we were getting picked up at 11.15pm we had to vacate room at 11am which was a long day, and hotel couldn't offer a room for us as they said there was no availability. This may be worth looking at for future bookings. Big shout out to the entertainment team Venko, Nicki and other girl, sorry couldn't remember your name, although we didn't see them that much, but when we did they were fab. Loved the fire and light show it was truly spectacular, and enjoyed every minute. Thanks for the memories Jacqui and Steve x"

"The worst food ive ever seen, unedable, holiday makers had to heat there food in a microwave, supposed to be all inclusive- rubbish, in the time warm chips and pizza, and if we were lucky biscuits, yummy, what a treat"
