Grand Hotel Pomorie

"The hotel is situated between the sea and the lagoon, but when you arrive, it feels more like a hospital than a hotel. The common areas are outdated and in need of complete renovation. The room, despite the beautiful view of the Black Sea, is very neglected, with the wardrobe door that wouldn't even close (leaving the internal light on). Breakfast room with a strong smell of frying and food of poor quality. The only positive aspect, in fact, a very positive one, is the wellness area, which is beautiful, overlooking the lagoon and with many types of pools and saunas."

Since the management of the Grand Hotel - Pomorie has not responded to any of our emails or our request for a refund promised upon our departure. Indeed, we had booked and paid for our stay from October 13th to October 24th, 2025, but due to a sudden rise in my blood pressure, I was rushed to the hospital where an abnormal rise was found due to the sulfur contained in the hotel's thermal pool We presented the doctor's note noting the rise in pressure and accepted by the hotel. We then had to pack on the 19th Oct, book flight back home. On the day of our departure, the Desk Manager asked for my IBAN account number, just to lull me into a false sense of security, wasn't it? We duly paid Euro 1599. and expected a refund of euro 700 since the 19th Oct/2025. DavidPtito & Lilia Fisher"
