"The whole place needs upgrading for a 4* Hotel. Some staff are very rude even using the F word at some guests. Pool bar advertised till 12am was closed at 6pm. Very little to no entertainment saturday night sax guy. Food wasn't the best what was served in the main restaurant at lunch would been served on the terrace in the evening. We were given a card with bar and restaurant times nearing the end of our stay late breakfast was none existant. They were clearing away by 10am meaning the late risers were left with nothing. They seemed to lose all interest in customer service with it closing for the winter. Why have a hotel open with little or no entertainment at night. There was no outside heaters in the smoke areas and it got freezing at night. One thing I'll say the animation team did get plenty of people up for darts etc."

"Wow what can I say. It's my 1st time in Bulgaria and only booked 10nights incase i didn't like it . Now im here I don't want to go home there is nothing I can complain about staff are always friendly food is good and drinks got quite wobbly on a couple off occasions but still a couple of nights to go yet before the end of my holiday. I chosed a quite room on 6th floor which I got view not that brilliant if I look down, but can see the beautiful mountains in the distant. Plenty of lifts to coose from . This is a very friendly hotel where I've meet some super people . Ideal position as not far into flower street that you could walk or as I did catch the bus at being 1:60€ each way either to flower st or nessebar which is beautiful same price .sampled some craft beer which was lovely so I visited a few times . Would i stay in the hotel and recommend to others its a big YES 100%"

"Firstly Jet2 changed our accommodation to this hotel 2 weeks prior to travel therefore it wasn't initially our choice of hotels. Reading some of the recent reviews I can relate to some of their content. Hotel is quite dated, appears they may have done some updates at certain time however left brown carpet running through the halls and bedrooms. I found the halls and our bedroom to have musty old smell. Beds were ok, there were some stains and holes in curtains in our bedroom. Food in restaurant is mostly lukewarm, variety was so so at times, decent salad bar, choice of fruit and desserts, breakfast we found best. If you are planning on staying here like another person wrote above please book a pool view room. Apparently we got upgraded to a park view room, I enjoy travelling and its the most eye sore view I have ever seen. Local area appears rundown 2 hotels not in use (part of our view) and an old rusty, what looks like warehouse which appeared to used to be a supermarket. This was huge and appeared to contain old furniture (again part of our view). I did wonder why the hotel didn't upgrade some of their visitors with it been low season to pool view rooms, I feel this would have supported our stay. They should utilise the better view rooms during low season. When people were walking down corridors in the evening I felt like we were part of their conversations although we couldn't hear people in rooms next door. Pool area is beautiful lots of sunbeds although we went outside of season. Animation team appeared motivated and entertaining around the pool area. I did ask for a fan for our room as we had sun in our room of an evening as I am of a perimenopausal age LOL. Receptionist told me to keep my balcony door open to stay cool which I had done previously. She said they would put a fan in our room, which never turned up. My partner said it felt like I was putting the receptionist out by asking! Perhaps she was having a bad day but at the same time it would have been nice to have gotten the fan. Personally myself and my partner would not stay in this hotel again it wasnt for us."
