Garden of Eden

"Stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in sunny beach Bulgaria. It was a jet2 package holiday I booked. I never ever seen a jet2 rep there ever! Nice hotel but there’s nothing there in the area I stayed as it’s five miles away from the proper sunny beach area where all the shops bars and restaurants are. The food that was being offered at meal times was dreadful so I went out all the time to eat. You couldn’t even take a drink or order a drink into the restaurant to have with your meal so that was another reason I ate out! The staff there was extremely rude and arrogant the way they spoke to you and I was so happy when my checking out day came. I would never stay in this garden of hell ever again and wouldn’t recommend it whatsoever to anybody. It needs stripping away from jet2s holiday website!"

"The staff were rude and not very helpful the food in the resturant was cold every morning. the rooms where dated on the plus side the italian resturant was very nice ,the sun loungers round the pool need updating. Hair dryers were old and not movable. The place itself is a nice hotel but unfortunatly we wpuld not be returning or recommend."

"Not a great experience so far. Found the staff very rude and ignorant. Rooms are very dated. Cleaners are basic. Food isn't really nice at all. The restaurant is not well organised and there was never any cutlery when we got there with no tables available at all for tables of 4. Food was very cold and inedible. The fish Bar Restaurant was the place were we chose to eat untill that was ruined with bad service, rude staff and a charge for condiments which we found to be expensive. Bar staff on the Flower Bar was ignorant and wasn't open when stated due to her too busy flirting with the life guard. We find they really dont like the English. Other guests we have spoken to were of the same opinion so we would not be recommending or revisiting this hotel."
