Premier Inn Hamburg City Hammerbrook Hotel

"This hotel is a nightmare, The family room advertised is extremely small. When we arrived, it was actually a twin room with two beds. Only after we went to the reception did they somehow bring out two additional beds from somewhere. Also the air conditon didn‘t work, it was extremly hot and loud because the underground station was next to the hotelroom. I was not able to sleep in thus horrible room. The breakfast was also not the best, it was kinda basic , but I ate a lot of better food in other hotels. The service was bad , because there was no roomservice. Finally I will never come back and this was my biggest nightmare."

"After staying at the Premier Inn in Hamburg, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel chain experience I’ve ever had. The so-called “family room” was ridiculously small, with beds so narrow that my children couldn’t sleep properly. Housekeeping? Only if you explicitly request it — something they never mention in advance. We were also misled several times: things we were initially told were “not possible” suddenly became possible later. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that presents itself as an international chain. To make matters worse, some of the staff could barely communicate in English, which made solving even simple issues unnecessarily frustrating. In short: negligent service, misleading communication, uncomfortable rooms. An absolute disgrace. I sincerely hope I never have to repeat this experience."

"checked in ok, got to our room to find it was made as a double bed and we had asked for twin or 2 singles. eventually had that sorted out. Disappointed to find there is a few issues. 1 No Safe 2. No Fridge 3.Very little storage 4.No phone to ring reception if needed so have to keep going down from the 3rd floor to speak to them. 5 Breakfast 18.00 euros we found very expensive had to ask twice each day for towels to be changed. Good points are staff friendly, and the hotel is near the train station to head into the city. Overall wouldnt stay here again."
