Pullman Cannes Mandelieu

"Great hotel, a good standard for 4 stars. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and attentive. Pepe the manager was great answering questions via email before our arrival. Blue Lemon food was average and paying for sun loungers when you’re a resident is a not good but we were given a discount as we were a party of 11. Good location round the bay from La Croisette and close to lovely restaurants in Mandelieu La Napoule. I would definitely stay here again."

"Never disappointed, always at the TOP. A customer for several decades, it is always a great pleasure to go to this hotel; the location is magical and the staff forms a great team, available, friendly, and very attentive. As a couple or as a family, it is the guarantee of having a wonderful, unforgettable stay."

"Our stay at the Pullman Cannes Mandelieu went very well until the moment of departure, unfortunately spoiled by the behavior of Itab, the 5th-floor housekeeper. We were supposed to leave the room at 2:00 PM. At 1:20 PM, therefore 40 minutes before our scheduled departure time, Itab knocked on our door then, without waiting for me to be able to come and open it, she directly opened the room door. She did not enter the room, but by opening the door, she obviously saw me inside. I found this situation extremely awkward and intrusive, especially since we were still perfectly within the authorized hours. She then asked me, in a tone that I found very aggressive, why we still had not left the room and made me understand that she did not understand why we were still there, even though our departure was indeed scheduled for 2:00 PM. She then told me that she was putting the "Do Not Disturb" sign back on the door. When leaving the room, however, I found this sign thrown on the floor in front of the door. I ran into her again afterward to ask her for an explanation, because I had been truly shocked by this way of acting. I specify once again that the stay had gone very well up until then. It is precisely for this reason that this end to our stay particularly disappointed me. In an establishment of this caliber, one expects respect, discretion, and a professional manner of addressing guests from the staff, and even more so from a floor manager. It is a shame that a stay that had been very pleasant until then ended on such an unpleasant experience."
