"We had a really lovely stay here and honestly couldn’t fault the staff. They were absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell how hard they work to make sure everyone has a good stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The location is perfect, especially if you want to be close to everything Kavos has to offer. It’s really convenient and makes getting around so easy. It’s worth mentioning that this isn’t a modern, luxury hotel, so don’t expect everything to be brand new. However, for us, that really didn’t take away from the experience. The staff and location more than made up for it. One thing to be aware of is that you have to leave your room key with the hotel, which might not be what everyone is used to. You also have to pay extra for air conditioning, so that’s something to factor into your budget if you’re visiting during the hotter months. I would definitely recommend booking directly through the hotel, as we found it to be considerably cheaper than booking through other sites. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a perfect location with genuinely lovely staff, rather than somewhere modern and luxurious, this is a great option. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! ❤️"

"NEVER AGAIN !!!! They don't know the meaning of cleanliness at all. Hotel hallways are already dirty and stink. We are glad that we brought our own towels, bath towels, and disinfectant. Our bed was not made with fresh linens even once, let alone our towels changed!! Their towels already had yellow stains upon arrival - simply disgusting. The toilet, sink, and "shower" were also not cleaned. The balcony was not cleaned either. For 1 week, long black hairs were lying there that none of us have. Breakfast was inedible. We then ate breakfast out starting from the 2nd day. I have never had so many mosquitoes anywhere else. Crushed them every night, despite mosquito spray. The pool area is nice, but the prices at the pool bar are very, very brazen. 1 cup of coffee for 5.-€ is cheeky. Go to the bar at the beach. "After Beach Bar". Good, cozy, and cheaper, despite the great location on the beach. The staff is friendly, but that does not make up for everything else."

"Great location, everything at the door. Lovely clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff, especially Christy. Nothing was a bother. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was great at the pool bar and lady was so nice. Definitely will be back here. Friendly atmosphere about the hotel."
