Piskopiano Village

"Knowing that it had gone from 3 star to 2 star and the top pool has been filled in since we originally booked in June 2026 plus the recent bad reviews, my expectations were very low - we were in the deluxe appartent sea view room 63 - very nicely decorated free AC lovely view (we were there in Oct so no sun on the balcony cover up needed if your a soft girly like me) or you can sit out the back which is sunny most of the day and a nice view and quiet area, probably not an issue earlier in the year. We had room keeping everyday, very polite friendly gentleman. NEW towels every other day never had that before. As for the kitchen/bathroom comments I have travelled to greece for a lot of years these were as expected normal for Greece bathrooms ! They always get wet when you shower as standard and your lucky if you get a shower curtain normally ! The top pool area has been filled in but this is now a beautiful area and I can see that once planted up it will only get better, the bottom pool has been refurbished to a lovely standard too, quiet cool but easy walking steps now. From the old pics on here everything has been painted a soft stone colour on all the buildings now. My parents had a 1 bed apartment right behind the hedge by the pool to the left which was massive and there shower was quiet modern and large. There are 2 lots of 17 steps from reception to pool and another 2 sets of 17 steps to the bottom rooms then another 17 steps upto the top of the deluxe rooms - so if you have trouble with steps it could be a challenge but you do get used to it. There is a ramp to the left of the reception to help with suitcase which takes you down to the pool level, also I saw staff helping guest with cases too without seeing asked"

"Given the recent reviews we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. We were in room 21 which was behind reception. The room was a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with twin beds in the bedroom plus a proper bed and sofa in the lounge/kitchen area. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was clean, cleaners came every day and we got fresh towels every couple of days. Air conditioning was included but it was extra for the safe. The room has a hair dryer. The was a toaster, 2 ring hob, fridge and sufficient cutlery and crockery to make basic meals. As mentioned in previous reviews, the shower only had a screen to one side, which did mean the floor was wet after showering. We did however prefer this to the nasty short shower curtains favoured by most basic Greek accommodation. We didn't get much opportunity to be around the pool as the weather was poor. There seemed to be limited sunbeds but plenty of space for extra. I wasn't a fan of the fake grass. It looked untidy and I imagine it gets super hot in high season. There are lots of steps but they weren't as bad as at some other hotels we've stayed at. I think we were lucky to be at reception/street level as this means we didn't have lots of steps to go out in the evening. We only had to go up and down the steps to go to the pool and car park. The car park is on the bottom level of the complex. The access road is uneven and narrow but manageable if you take it slowly."

"My friend and I stayed Piskopiano village apartments for a week, 11th to 18th September. Apartments are dated but adequate. Had a toaster, kettle, hair dryer and 2 ring electric counter top hob. No microwave or tv but we didn't intend to est in so not an issue for us but I don't think suitable for making meals. Rooms were cleaned everyday but I don't think the shower tray or sink were cleaned much. Clean towels everyday day if you wanted them. Shower only had a plastic screen on one side so sprayed all over floor and also overflowed from shower but had plenty of towels to mop it up with. Only used pool twice but was nice. Small bar and they only sell toasties but there are pubs, restaurants etc within a 1 or 2 minute walk from resort so you don't really need it. If you have any difficulty getting about I wouldn't consider this or any of the other nearby apartments as they are on a hill and If you're placed right at the bottom you're going to have to go up and down loads of stairs. The main reason I gave 3 stars is because on arrival in the middle of the night/early morning we were taken down about 6 flights of stairs and left in a room which I realised as soon as he'd gone was a one bed apartment and we had booked a 2 bedroom. We went back up all them stairs to complain and be moved but we were arguing for about 30 mins before he agreed to move us. And he only agreed when I said I had a cpap machine and it would keep my friend awake. But the point was we had booked a 2 bedroom and they'd given us a one bedroom so I would be very careful when booking with these. Bonus though was the lovely young woman on reception the last day when our transfer company TLT SERVICES PC didn't turn up. (Don't use these, they also failed to pick up my friends the next day) she phoned them twice, second time they said they had been which was utter rubbish because we had been sat outside resting for 2 hours before they were due, so she very kindly ordered us a taxi."
