"A bit disappointed as the week went on I know we cannot control the weather but common decency is free as a hello or a smile in a morning .Id emailed to say we had been diverted more than once never a reply back eventually we arrived 24/48 hrs late we were shown our room over the next few days I had to repeatedly ask for a blanket or even a extra sheet ended up asking the maid who were very nice ,a bracket in the wardrobe was broken I informed a family about this the main steps into the pool bolts were missing I informed a family member again and I discovered the smoke alarm was shoved in a kitchen cupboard. One evening the weather was horrendous we made the decision to dash down for food as it was evening and had been stuck in all day remember we are putting cash into their business no welcome no thankyou we were drenched cold and hungry not even a be careful going back to your room So disappointed as our 1st meal was beautiful the restaurant looks very nice but not 100% things get cooked fresh I get the feeling that takes presidency over the hotel side ,looks can be deceiving Breakfast was cold things didn't get replaced eg hot food, either we dropped a clanger going end of September or our faces didn't fit, who knows the accommodation is in a great spot location wise with n°15 bus stop near by a supermarket ,sports bar and the beach but we had no peace and quiet because of the road would we stay again no"

"I called in here to visit having stayed a year ago I had such a warm welcome and they even remembered my name , how amazing is that , such a warm lovely family ❤️ Sadly they hadn’t got space this year for me to stay so stayed somewhere near , however this place books up year after year in advance, people boo whilst they are there for next year . Dobt be out off by the 2* rating thus is a lovely place that seems to improve year on year . The friendliness makes such a difference Is more suited to couples singles or people with elder children as there is a road outside but it’s no big problem just have to walk a few yards single file to bus stop or other restaurants , lots of restaurants nearby tucked up side streets and two lovely beaches across the road . Buses run really often to town and other beaches I love this place ignore the odd negative review you are in Greece and it’s a more relaxed way if life , you may need to say hi can I get a drink but bar usually manned and they are just in the kitchen behind the bar , food is really great especially breakfast Rooms are traditionally Greek and rustic , family welcome you back year after year. I can’t wait to return"

"Overall, the hotel is very average, contrary to all the reviews I read that made me want to come. First of all, when we arrived, we were surprised that there was no reception; we wandered around the hotel for about ten minutes to find the manager who was walking around. Then there was no official check-in; she just handed us the keys. The room looked like the photos; overall, it was clean. However, there was no soundproofing from the outside (excessive noise from the road), a significant gap under the door that let in many ants, which we found on the countertop and even in the sheets... the room was cleaned every day except Sunday... when you can only throw toilet paper in the trash can, it's not great for odors since the trash can isn't changed for 24 hours... In the listing, they promise us free toiletries; we got them the first day, 5ml of shampoo and shower gel, then nothing else, we had to go buy some. Regarding breakfast, it is really very late; you can only go starting at 8:30 AM, which is really very tight or even impossible when you have excursions planned. It is pretty good but not varied every day, and if you have the misfortune of coming between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM, half of it has been eaten and they don't even replenish it for the others! The staff is kind but not very smiley; they don't often say hello and we have to chase them down to ask for something. Otherwise, the pool is clean, the hotel has a lot of potential, the bus stop is 100m away, a supermarket is 50m away, and a beach is 5 minutes away; it's a shame. I do not recommend it; there is much better in the area."
