"The property is in a state of total decay and filth. Sagging, dirty mattresses that are years old, dirty rooms, dirty bed linens. Having pointed out the unacceptable state of the rooms offered and having abandoned the property, they still refused to refund us, denying the evidence. Not only unprofessional but also dishonest."

"Do not make my mistake! Cleaning conditions and hygiene level absolutely unacceptable. I was offered three different rooms, but none presented adequate hygienic conditions. As an alternative solution, I was proposed to wait until the following day to have another room, effectively losing a night already paid for, worth over €250. I find it particularly serious that, faced with such a situation, an immediate and adequate solution was not proposed (they refused the refund). At this point, I will proceed through the appropriate channels. Attached are the photos for your judgment."

"The overall experience was very good from check in until the last day we check out. We stayed there for a week and everyday we have nothing to complain. All the staffs are very helpful and polite, specially the manager and the two staffs at restaurant, they provided excellent services to all our 7 days of breakfast and dinner."
