Turim Presidente Hotel

"We expected much more from a hotel in this price category. Unfortunately, it falls well short of 4-star standards. I am leaving a low rating primarily because of the poorly managed dining services and the disappointing food quality. Pros: Most of the staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are modern, nice, and clean. Cons: Food quality & poorly managed dining: Both breakfast and dinner were very weak. Dinner options were extremely limited—just one type of fish and one chicken dish each evening. Unfair treatment of individual guests: The hotel prioritizes a large organized group ("Group 1" - German senior tour), reserving most atrium tables for them. They dine at 6:30 PM, while other paying guests are restricted from entering until 7:00 PM. By 7:00 PM, the staff doesn't replenish the food, so you arrive to half-empty trays. I have never experienced such segregation at a hotel before. Nighttime noise: If you stay on the 5th floor, be prepared for loud rooftop ventilation/AC unit turning on at 4:00 AM every night, which wakes you up immediately. Lack of storage: Despite the rooms being nice, there is barely enough storage space for clothes and luggage. Overall, given the high price, I cannot recommend this hotel until they fix their dining logistics and room acoustics."

"Hotel very well located, very spacious rooms, very good atmosphere. Positive points: Room cleaning Very pleasant facilities Employee friendliness (meals and bar) Less positive points: - Hotel parking is paid - Meals are not very varied, little quantity (if we go later for dinner we risk not having much to eat) - Not very sustainable hotel (they change towels every day)."

"Certainly nothing to say about the property. The location is also certainly enviable. It is unacceptable that for breakfast or dinner you had to wait in line for a lifetime, and it reminded me of the lines at the Post Office that we have all stood in. Sometimes lines tens and tens of meters long are created both to enter the restaurant and to leave, because instead of charging drinks to the room, it was mandatory to pay for them when you left. Never seen such disorganization. The dinner was very repetitive and of poor quality. This disorganization is a real shame because the property is good nonetheless and could have what it takes to excel"
