"Very bad! There is no enough food, the tables are not cleared! We tried to call for assistance but no one was found! We have been stayed there foe 3 nights and at list 2 mornings was the same situation!"

"Excellent location, a short 10mins walk from the station that takes you directly to the airport. It's about 15 - 20mins mins walk to the centre of porto and the main attractions. The staff were very helpful, recommended local restaurants and a nice park up the road, they even lent me a charger when I realised I'd forgotten one. Room wasnt massive, I had a twin room, but plenty of storage space, sockets by the bed, amazing shower; the lock was a bit funny on the bathroom door and was going to report it but forgot. There was no kettle, but they provided one on request along with cups, saucers, coffee and teas. There was a continental breakfast, with a wide variety of meats cheeses and bread."
