The Editory Boulevard Aliados Hotel

"Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Very comfy bed and spotlessly clean. Location was spot on with only a 10 minute walk to city attractions. A great place to stay in a vibrant, happening city🤗🤗"

"Wonderful stay at this modern, stylish and comfortable hotel. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring this beautiful city - next to Aliados metro station, or 5 minutes walk to Trindade station (where there’s a direct line to the airport, and Matasinhos for a nice trip to the beach) There is loads of different artwork around the hotel, a small but heated pool (with huge inflatable yellow duck?!), plenty of areas to sit, relax and read, a book exchange and a very well replenished breakfast running from 7am to 11am (perfect for tourists who want a more leisurely agenda). The staff in the lobby were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Had some great suggestions for places to try the traditional cuisine, or suggestions for things to do in the evening. Our Standard Double was bigger than we had expected based on other reviews - whilst it was no means large, it had enough space for the 2 of us to move around, put our bags out of the way etc. The room had plenty of USB (A) sockets around to charge devices, along with regular European mains sockets. Coffee pod machine, complimentary bottle of water each day, and a welcome bottle of red port with chocolate in the room on arrival. Bathroom (no bath, shower only) was tiny though, albeit everything you needed was in there, including lovely shower gel in the spacious shower unit. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Porto."

"From the moment we arrived at The Editory, Porto, we knew we were in for a wonderful stay. We were greeted with a delicious pastel de nata — such a lovely and typically Portuguese touch — and from there, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, beautifully designed and impeccably presented, with the hotel’s stylish decor creating a real sense of luxury throughout. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. The staff were equally wonderful — genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth really added to the experience. Huge huge thanks to Ines who was our go to member of staff, nothing was to much trouble, offering us amazing recommendation’s on local traditional restaurants. Her hospitality skills and professional nature could easily make her a hotel manager. We honestly could not have asked for more from our stay. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous staff and that perfect Porto welcome. Thank you to the whole team at The Editory for making our stay so special. We would absolutely love to return! ❤️🇵🇹"
