"Our stay was excellent and ended up being a real lifesaver after a bad experience with another accommodation. We managed to book on the same day and from the very first moment the service made all the difference. The location is excellent, right in the center of Malaga and very close to Calle Larios. The room and the bathroom were very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and they provide instant tea and coffee. They also offer reusable bottles to refill at the water dispensers. The climate control is set to around 24 °C and it felt a bit warm for us. When we mentioned it, they changed our room without any issues and then followed up to make sure we were comfortable. You can contact the 24-hour front desk via WhatsApp and they respond right away. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and varied, and all the staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were exceptional. Special mention to Daniela, whose kindness, willingness to help, and follow-up made a huge difference during our stay. Without a doubt, the excellent service from the staff is what makes this hotel even more special."

"We stayed for 3 days in August, and the experience in general was very good, although I would like to clarify some aspects of the hotel. There is no complaint whatsoever with the staff's attention, nor with the location, which is excellent. The breakfast also met expectations. The points to improve would be: - the lighting in the room seemed very poor to me, I missed having a powerful light source. - the door that gives access to the bathroom is made of translucent glass and does not lock with a latch. There is a clear lack of privacy. - there is no bedside table as such, but rather a board at floor level. It is not practical at all. In short, a good hotel with some things to improve."
