"We booked a holiday package paying £1,049.76 for what was advertised as a premium 4-star experience with functional air conditioning. What we actually experienced with our young child was a complete health and safety nightmare. ​Upon arrival, the air conditioning in our room was completely non-functional, merely circulating warm air and pushing room temperatures up to a dangerous 30.1°C. A true 4-star hotel does not rely on loud, ineffective portable floor units to cover up failing infrastructure. Furthermore, when we were moved to a second room, the conditions were no better, as the shared wall between the bathroom and bedroom was actively leaking, waterlogged, and flooded. The hygiene standards across both assigned rooms were revolting, with unsterilised floors where a wet wipe turned pitch black after light cleaning and leftover hair left in the shower. ​During an active crisis with a distressed toddler in unsafe room temperatures, Lastminute.com’s emergency and relocations team completely ignored us for over four days. We were left stranded, suffering severe sleep loss and extreme stress without any emergency assistance. Despite their Escalated Care Team acknowledging in writing that our photographic evidence accurately reflected the unacceptable state of the accommodation, they refused a proper refund. Instead, they attempted to dismiss our ruined experience with an unsolicited £100 promotional voucher, which is an absolute insult after ruining a £1,000+ family vacation. Lastminute.com failed in their basic legal obligations, and I strongly advise anyone booking a family holiday to avoid this platform entirely."

"A horrific experience. Something disastrous, the worst we have ever seen. From the first day we have felt cheated, starting with the room, we found a spider in the bed, ants on the walls, an unpleasant smell, bedspreads and mattresses in very bad condition. The doors worn out, walls cracked.. The air conditioning not working. Continuing with the supposed buffet, a complete dump, a small window with a portable fan with the tube through the window, very bad food and flies all around. We have not been able to stay to sleep even a single night. I do not recommend it at all, what is painted in the images on the website is a lie, the only notable things are the reception girls Carolina and especially Paola, very resourceful and pleasant, thanks to Paola the 3 days of vacation we had were resolved. I do not recommend it at all. There is no atmosphere at all, the restaurant completely empty, a horrific experience."

"Was a bit sceptical as read mixed reviews. Yes the rooms and general areas are a bit dated but all spotlessly clean. Any issues /problem the reception staff were super helpful. Very relaxing pool area. Ate in the pool bar and food good and reasonable. Drinks very inexpensive. Walk down to the square was great - bit steep coming back ! Lovely restaurants to choose from. Great base to explore if you want to or just chill by the pool. Great sea views from the balcony. Definitely recommend"
