"Perfect location, especially for the beach and nightlife. The hotel was okay overall — nothing to really complain about, although there are definitely areas that could be improved. The rooms and facilities were fairly basic, but it did the job. I’ve stayed in better, but I’ve definitely stayed in worse. Overall, a decent stay for Ibiza. A special shout out to Maria on the pool bar and Antonio what a wonderful team x"

"We had a lovely time away as a group and enjoyed ourselves, but unfortunately we were pretty disappointed with the hotel throughout our stay. In fact, how poor the all-inclusive offering was became a running joke within our group, considering we paid a lot of money!! Drinks and all basic things were unavailable or staff were extremely reluctant to provide them. E.g The bar ran out of cocktails like pina coladas by 2pm, there was often no ice, you have to ask for a straw, and they just really don’t want to serve you anything semi decent (refused to give us any fresh lemon or lime which was literally right in front of us, but it’s for paying customers……which you’re not apparently if you’re all inclusive) You are only allowed one drink at a time, using a cup or token so you have to guard that with your life. We had to pay a deposit to even get the token (obviously more money to spend) and they won’t even give you a drink AND a water. They also don’t give you water, we asked for some and we had to pay more if we wanted a bottle. It was all just so unnecessarily difficult, making us constantly disappointed given how much we had spent. They also have the ‘gold’ all inclusive package, which we apparently didn’t have in our booking so we were only allowed the very basic parts, and most nice cocktails came at an extra cost! (If you want a margarita or aperol on your holiday, make sure you pay for the gold package!!). We wanted to upgrade but it was a lot of money on top of an expensive holiday. The hotel also advertises a lovely beach club in its photos, but this comes at a very significant additional cost and isn't included with the all-inclusive package either, again very misleading, and they didn’t let us sit in half of the areas of the hotel, so I really don’t know what we paid for. The service and atmosphere could also be improved. One afternoon we were sitting at the pool bar at around 5:30pm when staff came over and removed the cushions from behind us, even though it was still very busy and sunny. It was something small, but it added to the feeling that the hotel was making things uncomfortable rather than trying to make guests' experience enjoyable. Our final day was particularly disappointing. We had checked out but still had several hours before our flight. Based on our previous experiences at other all-inclusive hotels, we expected to still be able to have lunch at the buffet. Instead, we were told that we could only use the pool snack option. We went down to the pool bar and there weren't even any snacks available! (Also the hot dogs on offer were inedible) and when we raised the issue, there didn't seem to be much interest or concern from the staff. The rooms themselves were okay, but they are badly soundproofed, so you can hear everything both sides. housekeeping is very inconsistent. Our room wasn't cleaned every day, and on a couple of occasions we had to contact reception to ask for the room to be cleaned or at least for fresh towels. Overall, we had a great time as a group and made our own fun, but we don't feel that the hotel delivered the all-inclusive experience we expected for the price we paid and we definitely won’t be returning"
