LH Royal Santa Eulalia and Suites (ex Alua Miami Ibiza)

"Really great location - right near the beach and not far from bars and restaurants. Stall all very friendly. rooms were clean and beds made daily and clean towels if needed. food was great - lots of choices which there always is on buffet style hotels. beer, wine or soft drinks available at meal times (we were half board plus). we didnt go around pool as too busy visiting local places via boat which were all beautiful and easy to get boats (visited santa eulalia and ibiza town). value for money and not noisy hotel. we didnt go extertainment as went out to bars and restaurant after evening meal - so many lovely bars and restaurant local and not too busy at times. went with my fella and a few friends for a birthday"

"We have been to this hotel a number of times. The location of the hotel is amazing. The house keeping is extremely good they are all very hard working. The guys and girls in the restaurant work very hard and the tables are cleared very quickly. The food is more than adequate. The bar staff are always helpful and cheerful especially Fran who goes over and above. The one downside to this hotel is the bar on the terrace closes at 6 when a lot of people like sitting out. The Rose bar is open but those with mobility issues struggle with the stairs."

"We are staying at the hotel at the moment so thought would do an on the spot review. The hotel is clean and the staff are forever tidying and cleaning, the room is spotless so thanks to the housekeeping staff, we have returned to the hotel several times and never get tired of the spectacular views both from our room and the terrace, food is good for a 4 star all inclusive, I have to give a shout out to the bar staff who are all very friendly but a massive thank you to FRAN, he is the loveliest, most helpful and best barman, he always serves with a smile and is super polite 😀, little bit on the downside is as I say we have returned many times and always request a few of our favourite rooms but never have we had the rooms we requested, my husband has a few mobility issues but they don't seem to be taken into consideration, we were told on one occasion that the hotel was full but then when we said we would pay £250 euros they magically found one so we paid the extra, overall though an excellent holiday and we will return next year 😀. Sorry also, the beach bar used to stay open in the evening but now shuts at 6pm which is disappointing as lots of people like to sit out at the end of the day, I appreciate you can use the Rose bar but the steps are impossible for people with mobility issues, hopefully this can be addressed next season."
