Sol de Alcudia Apartments

"We spent a beautiful summer vacation at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed: all the staff are uniquely kind, but a special mention definitely goes to the dining room service staff, who were really nice and always attentive to our every need. A huge round of applause also goes to the chefs: the food is simply excellent and never repetitive. Breakfast is fantastic, rich in both sweet and savory options, and dinner surprised us every evening with exquisite dishes and always different themed nights. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from a truly wonderful beach and sea. If I have to find a point to improve, it concerns the cleanliness of the rooms, which unfortunately we found a bit summary and not very thorough (on one occasion we even returned and the bed did not have sheets). Finally, a small constructive suggestion: we really appreciated the thoughtfulness of preparing breakfast for our return trip, but for the future we recommend preferring croissants and packaged products rather than open and easily perishable foods, given that they are not consumed immediately during the trip."

"The hotel is very good, everything is clean, modern, and the breakfast is good. The dining room staff is very friendly, and Amin, at the front desk, also took very good care of us and was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was that water wasn't included with dinner and that we had to pay for pool towels. Overall, a good experience and good treatment from the staff."

"Stayed at the hotel at the end of September, unfortunately there is the most rudest member of staff Maria who works there which has put us off ever staying there again! Would recommend her going on some form of customer service training….tried to stop us from sitting outside after breakfast with our coffees and fruit, then when we did go she practically chased after us and made a scene in front of other guests accusing us of taking the items out and would report us even though there was other people sat outside doing the same. Following morning she made a point of glaring at us and felt like she was following us round…honestly never been on a holiday where staff have been like that so rude, think she is on some power trip,…felt sorry for the other staff working with her! Avoid this place if you want a nice relaxing and enjoyable dining experience!"
