"Location excellent, close to beach/shops/bars. Our room was on the 4th floor, lift stopped at the 3rd floor, not an issue for us but could be for some. Room very basic and dated, shower curtains instead of glass doors, meaning water going everywhere, very large balcony, double the size of the room. Room was cleaned daily, staff were friendly. We were lucky with regard to noise as we were on the top floor and only one other room on the same floor, it was only the last night that we could hear screaming and shouting from downstairs. Food, well we only ate 3 meals there in a week, not great, mainly due to temperature of food (cold/barely like warm) and food seemed greasy, there were a few choices but was cheap enough to eat out. Drinks were ok. Cala Millor itself was lovely as was Cala Bona."

"Hotel entertainment 10/10 Ainara was amazing the whole week! :) Always so joyful and lovely getting people involved and had all the time to spare even out of hours! She gave us 5* experience in a 3* hotel :) Hotel itself is a little poor .. but you do pay for what you get. Staff are lovely from the reception to the kitchen to the bar. Always greeted with a smile .. cleaners not so much :( we tipped €50 on the first day and throughout the whole week room didn’t get cleaned bar the bin.. had reused towels and bed sheets. Food was 50/50 safe to say we never starved .. self serving drinks and alcohol was good nice selection :) hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and local shops .. 2/3 lifeguards were very polite and alert bar one .. little boy started to drown and lifeguard was too busy talking his own parent had to jump in fully clothed to save him 👎🏻 sunbeds are comfy.. overall not so bad trip :)"

"Very good. Friendly welcome, spacious room, and the food is good. The location near the sea is a real plus. A nice little extra, it was my partner's birthday, and we were treated to a bottle of wine in the room. Very kind gesture."
