"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 9 out of 10 points We were at the Playa Dorado in Mallorca for 7 days starting September 15, 2026, and had a truly wonderful stay. Our room was dreamlike, especially the beautiful ocean view thrilled us anew every day. 🌊😍 The location of the hotel is also simply super: right by the sea and only about 100 meters from the beach. We personally liked the left section of the beach better than the right one. The fine sand and, above all, the turquoise, warm sea were one of the absolute highlights of the vacation for us. The food was varied and diverse. There were different types of meat, vegetables, fish, salad, cheese, and also fries every day – so there was actually something for every taste. A small minus point for us, however, was the many drinks with artificial sweetener. The pool area is also nice, although the water there was quite cold for us. 🤗 The sea was actually significantly warmer. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. A small exception for us was just the gentleman at the reception with the ponytail – we would have liked a bit more friendliness here. The other employees were really consistently very nice and made up for that. There is also a large selection of excursions, so there are plenty of opportunities to discover Mallorca besides the beach and hotel. Our conclusion ❤️ We had a great time and would definitely book the hotel again. It would be especially nice for us to get the exact same room with a sea view again. 🌊☀️ Our rating: 9 out of 10 points! We are definitely coming back! 😊"

"I booked a room 4.5 months in advance at the rate valid at the time, but upon arrival, I was given an "Economy" room—a small space with the toilet right next to the head of the bed and an air conditioner that barely worked. When I raised the issue with management, I was told that I had been assigned an "Economy" room—implying I had bought it at a bargain price—even though the voucher and booking confirmation made no mention of this category. The hotel was fully booked at the time. I never book "Promo" or "Economy" rooms, so the suggestion that I was just "lucky" to get a cheap rate—and that the current price was higher—was unacceptable. My mood was ruined, despite the fact that the service staff were excellent and the food was good. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone now; the attitude of the management was insulting and rather surprising. Usually, hotels offer small perks to returning guests, yet in my case, I was given a room of the lowest category. It is very strange, but I will not be returning to this hotel."
