"A truly charming hotel and a wonderful place to stay in Mahón! We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has an incredible amount of charm and character, with beautiful decoration, wonderful attention to detail, and a very special atmosphere throughout. The fact that the property is made up of several traditional houses connected together gives it a unique personality and makes the whole experience feel truly authentic. Our room was fantastic, with a beautiful view, and the upgrade was a wonderful surprise. The different lounges are beautifully decorated and incredibly inviting, while the pool area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We also had the opportunity to visit the beautiful new extension in the building opposite, which has been designed with great taste and fits perfectly with the spirit and character of the hotel. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and intimate, and the soft lighting created a beautifully relaxed setting. From the architecture and decoration to the lounges, pool, restaurant and overall atmosphere, this is a truly special place to stay in Mahón. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and memorable experience in Menorca, and we would absolutely love to come back!"

"Once again excellent food and wine. Waiting staff were really good. Two down sides. The lighting is very low so people were reading the menu with the torches on their phones. There does not appear to be a front of house to meet and greet as you would expect of this standard of restaurant. Otherwise excellent."

"Great hotel - couldn't really fault. Perhaps a more regular change of linen without having to ask - when you are staying at a luxury hotel its often the little things that matter. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly return."
