"A lovely week away. Went all inclusive.
Arrived to a warm welcome, tall glass of bubbles or juice if you preferred and sat us down whilst they checked us in. Slight downer that the room wasn’t ready until 3pm so we wandered around after we had lunch.
Room: We had a deluxe terrace room located on the ground floor which was very spacious. Plenty of plugs, 3 pillows each on a comfortable bed, one was probably enough as they were quite plump. Lovely bathroom with good quality toiletries included finished off with robe and slippers for each of us. Bonus points for tv with English channels for those tipping point fanatics. We had allocated sun beds on the terrace outside our room which was a few steps down if you wanted to access the pool. Very luxurious to have sun loungers outside your room.
Pool: 3 pools, one warm, one cold and didn’t try the other one. Plus a hot tub which was hot. Pool bar had branded drinks and no limit on how many you can order.
Breakfast: different coffees from a machine and a huge tea corner with teapot's and speciality teas. Usual full English for the die hards and continental for others. Show cooking included pancakes, omelettes and fried eggs.
Lunch/dinner: lots of salad, soup, show cooking of fish and meat plus usual buffet choices. I’m not a vegetarian but my favourite dishes were bean stew, squid in tomato sauce and spinach pastry. They also had themed nights which included Hindu, canaries, British, Mexican. The themed nights only displayed in a small section though so plenty of other choice. They had shell on king prawns on the show cooking one night which were delicious. The soup lost points as very samey. You have to book a time for dinner using the QR code. Waiters also did a drinks order when you sat down including glass bottled water.
Entertainment: usual day activities like archery, water exercises etc by the animation team but we didn’t participate. Early evening singer in the lobby bar and the main evening bar. The late show was around 9.30 and a disco after til late. Inside the main bar they take your order at the table.
Coffee bar- serving shakes, espresso martinis, all kinds of coffee, ice cream, cakes and pastries. All included with all inclusive.
Drinks- branded spirits and wine. Cocktail menu as well.
I celebrated my birthday there and there was a foam pool party on that day. Our neighbours told them it was my birthday and the next thing I knew i was in the pool with bubbly. The hotel left me complimentary cava and birthday cake in the room.
Outside the hotel there are supermarkets and shops. The hotel has direct beach access, if you turn right you can walk to Costa Adeje or left for las Américas. There are lots of restaurants and bars outside the hotel if you are not all inclusive. They give you 2 vouchers to use at their on site à la carte restaurant to use but we didn’t use them as enjoyed the buffet so much.
The beach was nice, but when in the water it’s very rocky. If you turn right and walk to Costa adeje there is a lovely beach with lots of activities, shops and restaurants.
Siam park- amazing day out, went on all the slides twice. Went all inclusive which includes fast track, definitely worth it.
Overall, the staff were very attentive especially Orlando who was amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t fault the hotel or the team. The photos are from 7am on the day of departure."
