HG Cristian Sur Apartments

"Stayed at cristian sur all they wanted was your money air con WiFi safe all to pay for everywhere you walked on the streets dog mess everywhere and rubbish never again 😑"

"Location was great, central and lots of shops/cafes around. You arrive and are greeted by a lady receptionist who gives you the key and a map with your room number. Took quite a walk to find the apartment and a few flights of stairs, we went up the wrong flight of stairs a few times before finally finding the apartment. It’s not easy to get to if you have mobility issues. We had the 2 bed apartment, was clean and had all you needed. A few areas of the apartment needed upgraded or fixed, beds were very comfortable. The spiral staircase was quite scary for the first few times using it, it feels loose but you get used to it. Used the swimming pools, they were great! The restaurant near reception was also great, ate there a few times. Tried to get the room longer for a late check out, followed instructions from lady receptionist, after following instructions she was very rude and blunt to us. WiFi you pay extra for and can only use the WiFi on 2 devices, no option for any more. So if going with kids this may be an issue."

"Ok great location Breakfast really good. Plenty of options choices in drinks etc Internet unfortunately is near the main reception and thats it. No Internet anywhere else, occasionally did get it by the pool. Pool issues luckily for us we only went to the pool late on in the afternoon about 4ish to get a couple of hrs. Loungers r covered in towels also the umbrellas 🤦‍♀️🙈 x Also no air con either in the bedrooms just a couple of fans which isn't great Its standard really the apartments we stayed at. We had two rooms 331/337. Rooms are cleaned everyday. They did a fab job the domestics I had a few issues pool area, Internet & finally which was annoying as there is no communal area for you to get WiFi if u sat late afternoon/evening at the tables you were basically moved on as they wanted paying guests to purchase drinks or food. Which in my opinion was unfair as we were staying at that hotel. Other than that is was okish"
