"We were on vacation in early October as part of: 2 adults and 2 children (7 years and 10 months). Everything is in order.
Number:
They checked us in right away and without problems, the room is on the first floor. The room was corner, with a view of the service area where trucks were rumbling all the time. It was possible to change, but we didn't, because we are only staying in the room for one night. The room itself is nice, simple in design, but everything is clean and tidy. Furniture, mattresses, pillows, baby playpen, plumbing - everything is great. The first "surprise" was a broken air conditioner. It turned on, responded to adjustments, but didn't cool. Thanks, the nights are cool in October and it wasn't needed. A glass and UNLOCKABLE door leads to the bathroom (why?). With two children - so-so.
Hotel/staff/services:
The territory made a positive impression. Cozy, green, well-kept. Is there somewhere to walk and take pictures? There is a treadmill and a small but decent fitness room, a boxing bag, a tennis court, and mini-golf. A great coffee shop on the first floor where they make good coffee. To sit is a pleasure. Free hammam/sauna. The layout pleased me. Everything is nearby and at hand, appropriate, understandable, convenient. Don't wander and get lost like in some other hotels. Letting one child go out to play freely and he didn't get lost. It's convenient almost everywhere with a stroller, there are stairs without ramps, but in that case, the elevator helps. There are refrigerators/vending machines with water, soda, and ayran everywhere. In short, a big plus for the territory.
Children's concept/animation:
There is a children's club, everything is quite standard. Constructors, contests, coloring pages. Doesn't work all day, but not on a whim either. The child has something to do. Two playgrounds with swings and slides. Mini-disco every day. More or less like everywhere, but the animators try to liven things up, for which they are very thankful. Adult animation is present, but unobtrusive. For me personally, that's a plus, I don't like being forced to have fun. Evening shows of varying degrees of professionalism, from openly amateur to quite decent.
Staff:
I had no questions at all about the staff personally. All friendly, running around, bustling, trying to please. Questions are solved quickly. There are enough waiters in the restaurant. The cleaner is shaking sand off the sunbeds on the beach when you arrive. Trash and dishes are removed promptly, even water after the rain is collected instantly. In short, plus for personnel too.
Pool/beach/water park:
Two pools, two mini-pools for babies. It was cool in the main pools (October), warm in the small ones.
The water park is small, but pleasant. Three slides, interesting for both children and adults. There is a river for slow tubing rafting.
The beach is nice, sand and a little gravel. The entry is quite deep, but I liked it. Neither I nor the children have had any problems, aqua shoes are not needed. There are large stones scattered around, but they are not sharp, and it is pleasant to stand on them. There is no pier, but there is a floating pontoon where you can sunbathe and dive. And now there is a BIG problem spoiling all the beauty. THERE AREN'T ENOUGH LOUNGERS. If you are not ready to get up at 6-7 in the morning and go to take a bed, you simply won't find a spot, or you'll find it in the tenth row, next to the boys playing football. And this is a really serious flaw. Fat minus.
Food/restaurants/bars:
Here, as a restaurateur, I will say everything I think. Excuse me, but this is professional.
There is plenty of food, no need to starve. They feed in the main restaurant and in the bars/snack bars right on the beach. First impressions are pleasant. But after 3-4 days you realize that 90% of the dishes are always the same. And this is french fries, fried onion rings in batter, spaghetti, stewed beans, tough meat, and overcooked fish. I took food from the children's table several times, it is always terribly salty. You can't take the soup straight into your mouth. Guys, why? What are the children guilty of?
There is almost nothing for breakfast. Always cheese, eggs, inedible sausages. Can make toasts, mix a salad, eat fruits. But not two weeks in a row!
Lunch is better, overall there is something to choose from, but many dishes are not brought to taste and also most are repeated daily.
Dinner - like lunch, but with more choices.
A special hello to "themed evenings." These are just mountains of spoiled products. Edible, tough tacos, rolls with poppy seeds and boiled sausage (I'm not kidding), shrimp drowned in some sour sauce and floating in it with fruit... Why? How can you ruin shrimp like that? Well, just put them with garlic butter, sprinkle with herbs, drizzle with lemon, and you're done.
Of the desserts, only the traditional Turkish ones are edible, the rest is sticky, tasteless plasticine. Salads, appetizers too. It is often difficult to understand what you are eating. Among the pros - tasty tea and coffee, orange fresh juice for breakfast, not bad fruits.
I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't consume it. Read about this in other reviews.
Summarizing by nutrition - this is the hotel's biggest drawback and it needs to be fixed immediately. There is something you can find decent among this too, you won't starve. But I didn't get the slightest pleasure from such cuisine, and that shouldn't happen in a five-star hotel.
Short:
+ Territory/services
+ Staff
+ Waterpark
+ - Beach (everything is great there, but the situation with the sunbeds completely spoils the picture)
- - - Nutrition (see above).
In conclusion, this is not the best lineup I've been in. I can't call it bad, overall the vacation was successful and the staff really tried to make it pleasant. But there are points that require serious changes. I can recommend it for a family vacation if you are not too picky about food."
